While appearing on Eric Bischoff's Wise Choices, former AEW announcer Kevin Kelly claims he is going to sue AEW.

"I got let go because what I was saying online publicly about the company and the voicemail message that I had left to the nice HR lady," said Kelly.

Bischoff asked, "What are you going to do? Sue them?"

Kelly replied, "Yeah, of course."

Kevin Kelly joined AEW in June 2023 as the new play-by-play announcer for AEW Collision alongside Nigel McGuinness. Kelly's time in AEW was short-lived as he was released by the company in March 2024. Before his time officially ended, Kelly made a series of social media posts that called out Ian Riccaboni for libel and trying to sabatoge his career.
