Kevin Nash is impressed with Rhea Ripley.
Since arriving to the main roster in 2021, Rhea Ripley has mowed through the competition and has solidified herself as one of the best wrestlers on the globe. To go with victories at shows like WrestleMania and Survivor Series, Ripley has also notched four seperate championship reigns, even holding the WWE Women's World Championship for 380 days throughout 2023 and 2024.
During a recent episode of his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash had nothing but kind words to say about Ripley, saying that she reminds him of Barry Windham in his prime. Nash also praised Ripley for her ability to sell moves.
“Then you have Rhea [Ripley], who, she’s one of those people that, every week she looks different. Her smile was bigger, but man, she gets in the ring like Barry Windham when Barry Windham was in his prime. Barry Windham used to get in the ring, and it was like a panther. That’s how she looks, man. She’s very cat-like. To me, she’s so special because I’ve never seen a female sell like she does. I’ve never seen a female sell like she does."
