Recently, it was stated that LA Park was battling pneumonia and taking time away from the ring. However, the Lucha Libre legend has now posted a video on Twitter confirming that he was actually battling COVID-19.
In his tweet, he thanked his doctor and several fellow luchadores, including his “rivals” for helping him fight on and promised to continue moving forward with his career.

“The motive behind making this video is to thank my family, my children, my wife, and Dr. Cantu. He has always been aware of me and my health since that time my guts blew up, and he has helped me move forward.
