- Alexa Bliss would become possessed by Bray Wyatt tonight and deliver Sister Abigail to Nikki Cross. However, this would not stop Nikki from winning a Fatal 4-Way Match. She will now face Bayley at WWE Clash of Champions for the SmackDown Women's Championship.

- Tonight, Roman Reigns provided fair warning to his cousin, Jey Uso before their match at WWE Clash of Champions. The two would then team up later in the evening and Roman would wreck everybody and leave.
- The WWE Intercontinental Championship picture continues to heat up with Sami Zayn, Jeff Hardy, and AJ Styles all lay claim to the championship. Tonight, Sami Zayn interrupted a championship match between AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy
- The Miz thought he stole the Money in the Bank briefcase, but all he got was Otis’ lunch box. Now, Miz calls in a favor
