Lance Anoa'i will be sidelined until the summer.
Anoa'i took to Instagram to reveal that he has been dealing with a shoulder injury and that physical therapy was not doing the trick. As a result, he underwent shoulder surgery to repair a torn Labrum, torn rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon in his right shoulder on Friday.
He hopes to return in summer 2022.
Anoa'i last wrestled at MPW Holiday Havok on December 4.
He famously appeared on the May 27, 2019 episode of WWE Raw where he faced Shane McMahon as part of Shane's storyline with Roman Reigns.
