While appearing on the latest episode of UpNXT, Legend talked about her first day training in WWE and how she learned everything pretty quickly.

"I am the athlete. I am that athlete. Whenever I'm faced with any obstacle, I literally just become a machine and take it head on, like I said before. I remember that I had a wonderful coach named Norman Smiley on my first day, and he was just amazing with me. He taught me everything that I needed to know as far as the basics, the fundamentals, and I feel like I learned pretty fast because I had one of the best coaches in the world. Which also brings me to what my COVID tryout was like. I remember him being there, but I also remember I was the tryout that was right before the pandemic hit. So when I came up into WWE, it was a lot of COVID rules and it was a lot of getting tested obviously and just making sure to just stay with your group and your group only. So I remember more so of the COVID era of WWE."

Legend was recently aligned with Noam Dar in NXT. Fans can learn more about the pairing here.
