Lio Rush showed up at GCW No Signal in the Hills 2 on July 15.
On July 15, Rush walked into the arena ahead of Blake Christian's match with Starboy Charlie. He came down to ringside and somewhat got in Christian's face before he walked back up the ramp and joined the commentary team.
Throughout the match, Rush referenced his past history with Christian; they had a remarkable series of matches in late 2020 and early 2021. They also clashed at GCW The WRLD on GCW on January 23, 2022. At the end of the bout, which Christian won, Rush said his adversary proved that he truly was the top contender to Jon Moxley's GCW World Championship.
Rush has been sidelined since he went down with a shoulder injury at PWG Battle of Los Angeles Night Two. He recently discussed the status of his recovery, and his comments are available here.
