With the announcement that the NWA will be having a weekly television show starting in the coming weeks, the date and location for the first set of tapings have been announced.
The NWA show will take place at the GPB Studios in Atlanta, Georgia with the tapings taking place on September 30 and October 1, but no broadcast platform was revealed. The show will be done in a studio format, similar to how Georgia Championship Wrestling did its weekly television show decades prior.
Announced for the tapings are NWA World Heavyweight champion Nick Aldis, NWA National champion James Storm, NWA Women's champion Allysin Kay as well as new signees Eli Drake and Ricky Starks. The video also stated that a number of former world champions will also be present, but those names will be revealed at a later date.
NWA has had a presence on Ring of Honor in recent months and Aldis even wrestled Cody Rhodes at the All In show back in September 2018. That was followed by the return of the Crockett Cup which was won by Villain Enterprises earlier this year.
Tickets for the shows will go on sale starting September 3. The announcement video can be seen at the top of the page.
