Lyra Valkyria discusses the difference between NXT and the WWE main roster.
Last year in the WWE Draft, Lyra Valkyria was drafted to Monday Night RAW and has been a staple of the show since. Last month, Lyra captured her first championship on the main roster, winning the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship, adding to the NXT Women's Championship she held in NXT.
While speaking on the Battleground podcast, Lyra was asked about the difference between NXT and the WWE main roster, noting that she feels like there is more room for creativity on the main roster.
“I feel like NXT is a faster pace, whereas on the main roster, I feel like I have more…I suppose room for creativity. A lot of the time, even just traveling week to week, I don’t know, there’s just a lot more space. I feel like, in NXT, you’re in the PC every single day, so I just feel like the lifestyle of Monday Night Raw suits me a whole lot more, and I get to see so much more of the states, I get to travel. I’m absolutely loving it."
Lyra is currently scheduled to face off with Bayley on next week's Monday Night RAW, in an Elimination Chamber qualifier. You can read more about that here.
In a seperate interview, Lyra chose which TNA stars she would like to face. You can read more about that here.
