Five new pro wrestling legends are slated to come to RetroMania Wrestling.
Retrosoft Studios has announced new details regarding its next DLC drop for RetroMania Wrestling. The upcoming DLC will feature the inclusion of five new legends into the game.
First, Magnum TA will be making his wrestling video game debut. The legendary former NWA United States Champion was retired by the time video games popular medium and merchandise avenue for professional wrestling and he's never been included as part of a nostalgia-based game or in any of the previous WWE Games releases.
Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson's Rock 'n' Roll Express will also be coming to RetroMania. This is not the first rodeo for Ricky or Robert in video game form. Both men were included in all three of Acclaim's Legends of Wrestling video games and they were even DLC in WWE 2K18 to celebrate their WWE Hall of Fame induction in 2017.
Demolition's Ax & Smash are also coming to RetroMania Wrestling. Ax & Smash were included as legends in WWE '12. However, Smash was also in WWF WrestleFest with Crush as his playable tag team partner. RetroMania is a game that considers itself to be the spiritual successor to WWF WrestleFest and this game will now have the original demolition tandem as part of its roster.
A release date and price point for the upcoming DLC pack have not been made public yet.
The game is available for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series platforms, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. There was also an iiRcade release.
