At MLW Blood & Thunder, Salina de la Renta revealed that one of Cesar Duran's henchman is the father of her child.
Cesar did not look pleased as the unidentified man and Salina made out.

Before the reveal, Bad Dude Tito came out, but he was just there to witness the drama. Mister Saint Laurent came out and said he would reveal the father, but all he had was a COVID test.
As previously revealed, Cesar is the father of Salina.
