The finish saw JBL get involved, clearing the ring and allowing Mance to capture the title.

In the lead up to the finish, Matt Cardona came out to insert himself in the match. He was taken out by 1 Called Manders. Effy came out to prevent Mance from winning, leading to JBL coming through the crowd to take out Effy.

The bout also saw Jimmy Lloyd, Steph De Lander, Masha Slamovich, Shane Mercer, and Megan Bayne get involved.

GCW GM Matt Cardona stripped Blake Christian of the GCW Championship due to his failure to show up to his scheduled defense against Joey Janela at GCW Cage of Survival. Janela ended up winning the Gauntlet of Survival, but Warner cashed in his Do or Die Title Shot and defeated Janela to win the title.

Christian returned at GCW Hit Em Up, laying out Mance and Janela before revealing his GCW Title. A three-way ladder match to determine the undisputed champion was booked by Cardona on June 19th.
