At TNA Genesis, Masha Slamovich retained the TNA Knockouts World Championship by defeating Rosemary in a Clockhouse Orange House of Fun Match. After the bell, NXT's Cora Jade confronted Slamovich.

In a digital exclusive, Masha Slamovich commented on her win. She said that she thrived in the House of Fun. Slamovich turned her attention to Cora Jade and noted that she apparently wanted to try her luck against her. Masha stated that if Jade wanted the ultimate, she had to be willing to pay the ultimate price. Slamovich said that she loved the title, and she was put on the earth to fight. Masha said that Jade came looking for a fight, and she knocked on the wrong door.
