Matt Cardona has arrived in the NWA.
Trevor Murdoch successfully retained the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship in the main event of NWA Hard Times 2, defeating Mike Knox. After the bout, Matt Cardona appeared to congratulate Murdoch.
With his back turned, Knox hit Murdoch with a low blow. Mick Foley wasn't please and called out Da Pope to go after Cardona, but Da Pope was taken out by the former GCW World Champion.
Cardona then got in the ring where Knox continued his attack on Murdoch. Cardona held up the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship, making his intentions known.

Cardona is set to challenge for the IMPACT World Title at IMPACT Hard To Kill.
