Matt Hardy is determined to win the gold.
On the June 14 episode of TNA iMPACT!, Moose and The System visited The Hardy Compound. During the chaotic experience, Hardy thew the TNA World Champion into the Lake of Reincarnation. Hardy also hit him with a Twist of Fate to gain momentum heading into their title match at TNA Against All Odds.
Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the veteran commented on The System's visit and previewed his match with Moose.
“We were waging mental warfare on The System, and that is exactly what we did. We were going to break them mentally before I break Moose physically. You'll see it tonight, myself and Moose, one on one, we are the main-event of a sold-out venue, a sold-out venue for a TNA show, where I am wrestling him for the world title. My goal as ‘Broken’ Matt Hardy was to come back and procure the championship of the world, and that happens tonight. I will stop at nothing, nothing to win the title, and if my survival means his total destruction, if it means the total destruction of The System, then so be it," Hardy said.
