Matt Sydal is under fire for not returning a deposit after missing a booking.
It started when Matt Sydal missed a show for a British Championship Wrestling show in Scotland. Sydal said that he had missed a flight, but when asked to return the deposit BCW had given him, BCW said that he refused, instead suggesting that BCW could rebook him next year instead. BCW have said that they are not interested in booking Sydal again and want the deposit back.
In deleted tweets, the BCW promoter has taken to Twitter and is upset about the situation, saying that emails had been going back for three days, and wants the $1,200 back:

Matt Sydal recently signed a contract with Impact Wrestling, hence one of the reasons why Impact Wrestling decided to pay the deposit back for Sydal.
