Matthew Jackson and his wife Dana have a travel vlog entitled Never Not Jetlegged where they highlight their travels in wrestling and outside of wrestling.
As a companion piece to the vlog, the two answer questions from fans and talk about their trips on a livestream.
On their latest livestream, Matt recalled running into Kevin Owens on a vacation in March 2024.
Matt: We went to Lanai last spring break. We took the kids there and it was awesome. Halfway through the trip, we're on one of the beaches. We're sitting there on the beach and I look out into the water.
Dana: There is another dad playing with his daughter.
Matt: Yeah, he looks very familiar. I go, 'Oh my Gosh. Is that Kevin? It's Kevin Steen, Kevin Owens, as you may know him.' I sneak up to him and he's taking pictures with his kids and stuff. 'Hey Kev, what's up man.' He turns around and looks at me. His eyes are so big, he doesn't even know how to react.
Dana: He was literally speechless. Like he saw a ghost or something.
Matt: He goes, 'Oh my God.' He grabs me and hugs me, the biggest bear hug ever. I don't think he let go for ten seconds. 'What are the chances!' We're just talking, getting caught up, because it had been a minute. It was so cool because literally the rest of the vacation, we kind of had our vacation together. It was last March.
