Speaking with John Poz on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling podcast, McKenzie Mitchell was asked about potentially working with Vic Joseph on-screen.

“It’s funny because we’ve never worked together on-screen, ever. I think that that’s really interesting because I don’t know how that would come out. I don’t know if it would be really good or we would be like, ‘Woah, the chemistry is not there on-camera.’ Obviously, we’re married. We’ve been married for two years, but we try to compartmentalize our life a little bit because we don’t want it to just be so immersed in professional wrestling. As much as we can try to turn off, we try to turn off. So I don’t know. I think that would be really interesting to find out and see how that would work. I think now that I’m doing ‘The Last Match’, wouldn’t that be hilarious? I’m truly learning how to work the commentary table with ‘The Last Match’. I’m the play-by-play, I’m keeping the train on the tracks. Can you imagine a three-man booth with Vic in the middle, I’m the ultimate babyface, and Booker’s on the other side, the ultimate heel. I think that would be so fun just to try. It may never work, but I’m like, that would be really fun. I think that there’s not a ton of females that do commentary. Renee Young kind of set the bar for everyone and then Beth Phoenix followed in her footsteps and did an amazing job in her own right. So I’m like, who knows? Never say never with that one," Mitchell said.

Vic Joseph previously said that Mitchell's release was tough, and she wanted to come back to WWE. Check out his comments here.
