After each winning two matches earlier in the night, Mercedes Martinez met Tasha Steelz in the finals. The match saw both women come close on numerous occasions, but it was Mercedes who would eventually put Tasha away, winning the match and the tournament.

The current Knockouts Champion, Deonna Purrazzo, is set to defend her title on October 23 at IMPACT Bound For Glory against Mickie James.

Martinez was released by WWE on August 6, 2021. She recently took part in the IMPACT Wrestling tapings on September 17 and 18.
