MLW recently put out word that they are scouting the tag team scene looking for new teams to join the league. Now, they have officially started to tease the formation of a women’s division for the promotion:

Women's wrestling is currently still in the midst of its own boom with WWE's Women's Evolution, AEW getting ready to add its own Women's World Champion, and promotions like WOW presenting women exclusively.
MLW's tweet featured a question to fans asking what women wrestlers they would like to see featured in the promotion. Currently, the promotion features a couple of women in a managerial capacity. Aria Blake is paired with MJF and The Dynasty, and Salina de la Renta is the main mouthpiece for Promociones Dorado, in addition to being a Spanish commentator for the company and having some executive producer credits on two episodes of the MLW Fusion TV series.
