The Motor City Machine Guns are aiming for another run with the titles.
During the IMPACT Over Drive pre-show, the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) defeated Bullet Club (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) to earn a shot at the IMPACT Tag Team Titles.
The finish saw Shelley catch Bey in a crucifx roll up followed by Sabin floating over for for a jacknife pin.

The IMPACT World Tag Team Titles are currently held by Heath & Rhino. Shelley & Sabin are former two-time IMPACT Tag Team Championships. The reigning NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Champions.
It is unknown when the IMPACT Tag Team bout will take place.
