Nick Aldis tried to properly allow the Motor City Machine Guns to rest before a championship match, but Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin decided that they wanted to challenge for the titles right then and there. Throughout their nearly two decades as a tag team, Sabin and Shelley have captured gold in TNA Wrestling, Ring of Honor, NJPW, and more. They debuted in WWE on October 18 and have already captured the tag team championship in just three matches.
