Xavier Woods lives his lifelong dream.
For years, Xavier Woods has proclaimed that he was a future WWE King of the Ring. In recent interviews, he has even said that he needs the crown to prove himself as a worthy professional wrestler. On Thursday, October 21, 2021, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Xavier Woods has proven his royal abilities.
Defeating former WWE Universal Champion, Finn Balor, Xavier Woods has become the 22nd King of the Ring in WWE history and the first black King of the Ring since Booker T 15 years ago.
Unfortunately, all of The New Day will not be together on the same brand moving forward as Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston were drafted to Friday Night SmackDown while Big E remains on Monday Night Raw.
For now, it is time to celebrate as Xavier Woods has reached the Mountaintop and now sits upon the throne.
All hail, King Xavier!
