Football is on, and so is Lucha Libre in CMLL.
On the September 8, 2023, edition of CMLL, multiple NFL Mascots appeared to be a part of the main event of the show in celebration of the National Football League's return to action.
During the main event of the show, Miles of the Denver Broncos, Rampage of the Los Angeles Rams & Rowdy of the Dallas Cowboys accompanied the team of Mistico, Mascara Dorada & Atlantis Jr for their match against the team of Titan, Templario & Guerrero Maya Jr, who were accompanied by Big Red of the Arizona Cardinals, Raider Rusher of the Las Vegas Raiders & KC Wolf of the Kansas City Chiefs.

This is not the only CMLL & NFL Crossover happening, as the Denver Broncos will host an exhibition match before their game against the Green Bay Packers. Místico, Volador Jr, Atlantis Jr & Templario will be participating in the match at the Empower Field at Mile High on October 22.
CMLL are on the road. to their 90th Anniversary Show, with Templario headlining the event against Dragon Rojo Jr in a Mask vs Mask Match.
