The former WWE Raw Women's Champion has been released by WWE.
Nia Jax is one of the most decorated women's superstars in modern wrestling. Having competed in multiple WrestleManias including one where she won a WWE Women's Championship, Nia Jax was regularly at the top of the card in the women's division.
Now, her tenure has come to an end as Fightful confirmed her release as of Thursday, November 4, 2021. Nia Jax was defending a championship at this past WrestleMania as one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship with Shayna Baszler. she was written off of TV after suffering an injury at the hands of her former tag team partner.

Jax is of course one of the members of the Samoan Dynasty and she is the cousin of Dwayne Johnson.
