Nick Comoroto claims he was wrestling "on one leg" for years before undergoing successful hip resurfacing surgery.
Nick Comoroto is part of AEW and ROH, spending most of his time alongside Jacoby Watts on Ring of Honor these days. However, Comoroto will be taking some time off. He has revealed that he underwent successful hip resurfacing surgery and plans to return in 2025.
Nick Comoroto provided the crucial medical update in a new post on X.
Hey guys, I recently just got my hip resurfaced. I was wrestling on one leg for nearly two years. It’s gonna feel amazing to be able walk my dogs again. I’ll see you all in early 2025. #AEW #AEWDynamite #ROH pic.twitter.com/Ky0EB9stz1

The most recent match featuring Comoroto was a tag team match, in which he and Jacoby Watts lost to Angelo Parker and Matt Menard on the August 22 episode of ROH on Honorclub. Since that match was filmed, he's competed in one more match as part of tapings for the Ring of Honor brand. That match was a singles match against Lee Johnson. It is currently unknown when that will air.
