Randy Orton is set for a promo appearance on Monday's Raw. WWE announced that Orton will address his actions stemming from last Monday's episode when he brutally assaulted Edge to close the show. In storyline, Edge was taken out on a stretcher and has spent the last week recovering.
In a storyline update from WWE Now, it was reported that "Edge is awaiting the results of a battery of tests and he will update the WWE Universe early next week."

Edge made a surprising return to WWE at the Royal Rumble, entering the Men's Royal Rumble. He lasted until the final three, where he was eliminated by Roman Reigns. The following night on Raw, Orton hit Edge with the RKO and then assaulted him with a chair, including using the one-man con-chair-to on "The Rated R Superstar."
No other matches or segments have been announced for Monday's Raw.
