Rebel Says She No Longer Works In AEW Hair And Makeup, Is Only An On-Screen Talent

Rebel provides an update on her current AEW role.

Rebel was the long-time on-screen associate of Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter, though she hasn't been on television as much in the past months. Along with her on-camera presence, Rebel worked behind the scenes in hair and makeup for the promotion.

Speaking to Taylor Wilde on Wilde On, Rebel says she now only an on-screen talent.

After I left IMPACT, I was like, 'let's try again,' and I started doing hair and makeup and got thrown in front of the camera again. At this point, I have now said, 'God, I hear you.' I know now your will for me is this. I'm going to accept it and quit fighting it. I don't do the hair and makeup anymore. Just strictly on-camera talent. That's what I plan to keep doing. I've lost my passion for makeup and hair. she said with a laugh. "I've had a ball at AEW. It's a lot of fun."

Baker and Hayter continue to maintain a strong presence on AEW television, though Hayter is currently sidelined with an injury.

Baker will compete against Ruby Soho in the quarterfinals of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament on the June 28 episode of AEW Dynamite.
