2 Cold Scorpio was arrested earlier in June.
TMZ reports that 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) was arrested for stabbing a man in a gas station fight in Kansas City, MO. Scorpio was booked and felony charges of one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action.
According to Scorpio, he was acting in self-defense. He claimed to authorities he was working as a security guard at the store and asked the man to not smoke inside. He claimed the man became upset and said, "F you the f*** you gonna do?" before threatening him.
The two stepped outside and grappled before Scorpio pulled a knife and stabbed him in what he says was self-defense.
"Cops say when they arrived on the scene, they found the guy who was stabbed lying on the ground ... bleeding from his head, chest, buttocks, legs and abdomen."
The victim claims Scorpio was the aggressor.
Scorpio bonded out of jail and pled not guilty. He is due back in court in July.
Scorpio competed in WWE, WCW, and ECW during his career. He remains active on the independent scene, but has not wrestled since April.
