A new Eddie Guerrero documentary is coming to ITV.
In November 2021, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported UK broadcasting station ITV was working on an Eddie Guerrero special, but further details were not announced.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that the documentary will be part of the series "Autopsy: The Last Hours Of..." and is set to premiere in 2022.
The report goes on to say that the documentary will have a 60 minute run time and focus on the final years of Guerrero's life. The former WWE Heavyweight Champion passed away on November 13, 2005. He last wrestled on the November 11 (taped on November 8) episode of WWE SmackDown.
An autopsy revealed that Guerrero died as a result of acute heart failure stemming from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
Chris Benoit, Chyna, and Randy Savage have been part of the documentary series in the past.
An exact premiere date was not given.
