WEAR TV provided additional details, reporting that police received a call about a vehicle driving 100 MPH and drifting in and out of lanes. Uso was pulled over and given a field sobriety test. Uso allegedly took his phone out of his pocket and tried to put it in the deputy's face, at which point he was arrested. Uso reportedly became uncooperative and was asked several times to have a seat in the patrol car, where he said he was uncomfortable and asked to speak with another deputy. The deputy said he had to roll down his back windows due to the overwhelming smell of alcohol.

Uso in trouble again.

TMZ reports that Jimmy Uso was arrested for driving under the influence near Pensacola, Florida on Thursday morning. Uso was booked at 3:04 AM and charged with DUI. It is unclear what Uso's blood-alcohol level was at the time of him being pulled over and arrested.

Uso is reportedly still behind bars with a bond of $1,000.

WWE issued the following statement on Uso's arrest, "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions."

This is Uso's second arrest this year as he was arrested back in February for disorderly conduct and obstruction after allegedly getting into an altercation with the cops. The alleged incident occurred after Uso and his wife Naomi were pulled over for going the wrong way on a one-way street. The matter was resolved in March with Uso pleading no contest and paying a $450 fine.

Uso's arrest comes days after John Cena joked about Uso's previous arrests during a segment on WWE Raw. Cena rapped, "Ya'll look just like your mug shots, how was it getting arrested?" Uso laughed at the joked and gave a shout out to Hillsborough County in Florida. Uso was arrested for driving under the influence in Florida back in 2013.
