The Miz is set to be with WWE for years to come, according to a new report.
PWInsider reported today that The Miz has signed a four year deal with the WWE, keeping him in the company through 2022. The report says that they were hoping for a longer deal, but four years was ultimately agreed upon.
The Miz has been a part of WWE since 2004, where he was a runner up on season 4 of Tough Enough. After spending a few years in developmental, he started full time on the main roster in 2006 and has won numerous championships, including the WWE title in 2010 and the Intercontinental championship on eight occasions. He is also known for being in the Marine movie series, where he just finished wrapping up the sixth installment.
He and his wife Maryse are currently expecting their first child, and will also be a part of an upcoming reality show series called Miz and Mrs., which will air on the USA Network. He is also slated to be a part of the Elimination Chamber later this month
