Report: MLW Opts Out Of Deal With DAZN

MLW is working on a new media rights deal.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer and Mike Johnson at PWInsider, MLW has opted out of their deal with DAZN. The company is also in the process of removing content from YouTube.

When asked about MLW content being removed from YouTube, Court Bauer replied on social media, "We’re in the middle of a deal for the rights to the library. Hope to share more soon."

In April, MLW was reportedly in talks with Discovery for a potential broadcast deal. Shortly after the reported talks between MLW and Discovery, MLW signed a deal with VICE TV.

MLW signed a deal with DAZN in June 2020.

In March, Fightful Select reported DAZN had floated the idea of Major League Wrestling running a show in Hawaii with MLW wanting Dragon Gate involved in the event as well.
