Court records indicate that prosecutors believed they did not have enough to go forward with a case against Clark to obtain a conviction, therefore the case was "not suitable for prosecution."

TMZ obtained court documents indicating Clark (Velveteen Dream in WWE) was involved in an incident on August 20 at a gym in Florida where he allegedly punched and bit an employee.

Clark plead not guilty and was released on a $1200 bond on September 9.

The arrest triggered a violation of existing probation stemming from a November 2021 arrest by The Altamonte Springs Police Department where Clark was charged with possession of cocaine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying/altering/concealing physical evidence, and having no lamps/illuminating devices in his vehicle. Clark was arrested for that violation and jailed for 25 days in Seminole County, Florida.

He was released on September 13.

Following his release, Clark responded to allegations from EC3 that he recorded wrestlers in a bathroom as a house party without their consent. Fans can read Clark's comments by clicking here.
