Viewership numbers for WWE Backstage's premiere episode are in.
Unfortunately for the show, it did abysmal numbers compared to its two preview episodes in October. According to Jed I. Goodman on Twitter, the show averaged only 49,000 viewers. According to Showbuzz Daily, the show did not even crack the top 150 highest-rated shows on cable in the 18-49 demographic.

The two preview shows in October:
Preview 2 which aired after a Smackdown, averaged 426k viewers.
Preview 1, which aired after MLB Playoffs averaged 597k viewers.
The show did have two preview episodes on October 15 and October 25. The October 15 episode averaged 597,000 viewers with a 0.20 rating in the 18-49 demographic, good for 25th on cable for the day. As for the October 25 episode, which aired right after SmackDown, it averaged 426,000 viewers and a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demographic, good for 42nd on cable for the day.
The premiere episode of WWE Backstage showcased Bray Wyatt's new Universal Championship with custom side plates, as well as appearances from Shawn Michaels to discuss NXT's growth and Ryan Satin revealing the previously-announced contract extension that Randy Orton signed with WWE.
In other ratings news, the November 5 episode of Total Divas averaged 191,000 viewers and drew a 0.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was good for 93rd best on cable.
WWE Backstage airs on FS1 every Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET.
