On July 20, 2024, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Collision on TNT from the Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas.

  • Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuiness welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Darby Allin def. The Beast Mortos via Pinfall (Coffin Drop).
    • Allin cut a promo after the match, saying he would prefer to fight every day of the week and go back to being a dishwasher and said he was ready to go to war at Blood & Guts.
  • The Acclaimed (Max Caster, Anthony Bowens & Billy Gunn) cut a promo backstage. Caster was about to do his rap, but he was interrupted by Gunn who said that the time for jokes was over and it was time to knock up or shut up.
  • Hikaru Shida def. Skye Blue via Referee Stoppage.
    • Skye Blue suffered an injury during the match, leading the referee to award Shida with the win.
  • Lance Archer attacked a bunch of backstage personnel before Archer said it was time to remind everyone who Lance Archer was.
  • FTW Champion Chris Jericho cut a promo backstage, where he addressed Minoru Suzuki interrupting him during "TV Talk" on AEW Dynamite 250. Jericho said this was a dream match for him, but promised to make sure the match would be more violent than anything happening on the Blood & Guts Match.
  • The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, Josh Woods & Mark Sterling) cut a promo. Nese shamed Texas for the "obesity" levels from the fans in the crowd before revealing he had an open contract for tonight to show the crowd what a real athlete looks like. The open contract was answered by none other than Rey Fenix.
  • Rey Fenix (w/ Alex Abrahantes) def. Tony Nese (w/ Ariya Daivari, Josh Woods & Mark Sterling) via Pinfall (Frog Splash).
  • Tony Schiavone interviewed FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood), where Wheeler said "Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington was one the best prospects in wrestling and said the only time he was able to get his mind out of the tough times he had personally was being in the ring. Wheeler & Harwood revealed they had their sights on The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson), with Wheeler saying it was time to go Buck Hunting while Harwood said The EVPs being the best tag team on the planet did not sit well with him. FTR declared they would start their road for the AEW Tag Titles starting next week.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed Hikaru Shida, who declared she wanted a shot at Dr. Britt Baker DMD. Shida bowed to break Baker's face on AEW Dynamite Blood & Guts.
  • Roderick Strong def. Tomohiro Ishii via Pinfall (Knee Lift).
    • Matt Taven & Mike Bennett joined Strong and tried to attack Ishii, but The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe & Kyle O'Reilly) made the save.
  • There was a video recap of MJF winning the AEW International Title against Will Ospreay from AEW Dynamite 250.
  • Hologram def. Gringo Loco via Pinfall (Portal Bomb).
  • Dustin Rhodes met with The Von Erichs (Kevin Von Erich, Ross Von Erich & Marshall Von Erich), where Kevin asked Rhodes to mentor Ross & Marshall.
  • Lumberjack Match: Deonna Purrazzo def. Thunder Rosa via Pinfall (Single Leg Hook).
    • Taya Valkyrie handed Purrazzo a steel turnbuckle pad to Purrazzo, which led to Purrazzo striking Rosa in the head for the win.
  • AEW Unified Trios Championship Match: The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Nick Wayne & Killswitch) def. Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) to in the vacant championships.
