Daniel Garcia said he would cripple Maxwell and end his career. Max made a jab about Danny's mother being promiscuous. They fought in the crowd, and Max bloodied Danny.

* AEW Continental Championship: Kazuchika Okada (c) def. Kyle Fletcher

- A video recapped Swerve Strickland purchasing his childhood at home.

* Jamie Hayter def. Robyn Renegade

- Saraya and Harley Cameron were watching on from backstage.

- Roderick Strong is backstage with Renee Paquette and Christopher Daniels. Roderick rightly says his foot was on the bottom of the Rope last week when he tapped out to HOOK. Daniels claimed the ref didn't see it, but HOOK rushed in and announced they could fight for the FTW Title tonight. Strong stated that he was not wrestling in a dump like Milwaukee but that he would call his shot when he was fully prepared.

- From Roderick Strong to his wife. Marina Shafir is backstage with Jon Moxley, who is still causing a ruckus. Moxley is going to speak next. Moxley bumps into Matthew Jackson, Jack Perry, and Nicholas Jackson. Moxley says that Perry is a sweet boy no matter what anybody says about him.

- Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir hit the ring. Moxley says he wants to talk to Darby Allin. He puts over his first match with Allin. He also talks about the way that Darby does business. He says he's not an impatient man, but Darby is running out of time, so he leaves the ring.

- Renee Paquette is backstage with The Learning Tree's Bryan Keith, Chris Jericho, and Big Bill; Chris Jericho has brought up his $7,000 jacket, which Orange Cassidy ruined four years ago. Jericho says he never forgets. Therefore, Bryan Keith will exact retribution on OC when they fight on AEW Collision. Cassidy steps into frame and says he'll make it easy: if Keith defeats him on Collision, he'll give Jericho $7,000 in cash.

* AEW Women's Championship: Mariah May (c) def. Nyla Rose

- A Deonna Purrazzo vignette plays. She will face Hikaru Shida on Collision.

- Mercedes Mone and Kamille come to the ring to cut a promo on Hikaru Shida. Shida interrupts the promo on the video wall, and she's with Christopher Daniels, who says that Kamille will be banned from ringside during the TBS Title match at AEW All Out. Mercedes freaks out but says she's going to talk to the EVPs.

- Speaking of the EVPs, we go backstage where Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, and Jack Perry are. Perry's promo is about being in the ring with Bryan Danielson when he first arrived in AEW. Perry says he was worried that he would never get to face Danielson but did everything he had to do on his own to ensure he got the opportunity. Perry lamented that Danielson could have helped him but chose not to because all Danielson cares about is his happy ending. The Young Bucks claim they will do whatever it takes to ensure Jack Perry wins the championship on Saturday.

- Bryan Danielson enters the arena and will provide commentary for the main event.

* PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, & Wheeler Yuta def. Will Ospreay, Orange Cassidy & Kyle O'Reilly

- Danielson got into the ring after the match to celebrate with Wheeler and Claudio. However, they were attacked by The Elite's Jack Perry, Matthew Jackson, Nicolas Jackson, and Kazuchika Okada. The Blackpool Combat Club would eventually rise and get the better of The Elite. Matt Jackson was able to pull out Jack Perry before Danielson could kick his head in. Still, Danielson got on the microphone and promised to do that at AEW All Out. Meanwhile, Wheeler and Claudio will challenge Matthew and Nicolas Jackson for the AEW World Tag Titles at AEW All Out.

- Backstage, PAC and Will Ospreay were brawling and PAC leveled Ospreay with a Sheer-Drop Brainbuster onto a gear case.

- Swerve Strickland came out for the show closing contract signing with Hangman Page. Page never arrived, but he could be seen entering Strickland's childhood home on the video wall. Page spoke about how Swerve messed up by showing weakness and said it was time for him to choose between vengeance and peace. However, Hangman says that those things are one and the same for him and then sets the house on fire. Strickland appeared to show a mixture of distraught and anger on his face as he fell to his knees in the ring, and the show went off the air.
