A night of celebration.
CMLL's 85th anniversary show was jam-packed with action as there were six matches that took place on the night. The ticket holders inside of 'Arena Mexico' saw the Lucha Brothers Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix in action. La Parka teamed up with his son El Hijo de L.A. Park, new CMLL World Trios Champions were crowned and the main event of the show featured a double Hair vs. Hair match as Matt Taven teamed up with the current NWA World Historic Welterweight Champion Volador Jr. to take on Bárbaro Cavernario and one-half of the current CMLL World Tag Team Champions Rush.
The following are the results from the CMLL 85th anniversary show: (Each match was contested under 2-out-of-3 Falls rules)
1) La Jarochita, Marcela and Princesa Sujey def. Dalys la Caribeña, La Maligna and Reyna Isis
2) Ángel de Oro, Audaz and Niebla Roja def. La Peste Negra (Negro Casas, El Felino) and Mephisto
3) La Sangre Dinamita (El Cuatrero, Forastero and Sansón) def. Atlantis, Místico and El Soberano
4) CMLL World Trios Championships - Klan Kaoz (Ciber the Main Man, The Chris and Sharlie Rockstar) def. Los Guerreros Lagunero (c) (Gran Guerrero, Euforia and Último Guerrero) to become the new champions.
5) Diamante Azul and Los Lucha Bros (King Phoenix and Penta el 0M) def. Carístico, El Hijo de L.A. Park and L.A. Park
6) Hair Vs. Hair Match - Rush and Bárbaro Cavernario def. Matt Taven and Volador Jr.
