This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of IMPACT Wrestling! Tonight we continue the quest for gold as The Hardys go to Mexico and take on former WWE superstars Psicosis and Super Crazy for their Crash Tag Team Championship! We also have an inter-gender tag match as Rosemary and Crazzy Steve take on Brandi Rhodes and Moose! Be sure to come back here at 8PM EST for all of the action!
Brandi Rhodes & Moose vs Rosemary & Crazzy Steve
Brandi and Rosemary start it off, but quickly Moose and Steve are in and Moose takes control of Steve, showing off his power. Abyss knocks Moose down after Steve sends Moose out of the ring. They get back into the ring and Steve is in control, keeping Moose grounded then chopping him in the corner. Moose comes back and chops Steve before Abyss grabs his foot. Steve hits Moose with an enzuigiri then puts him in another headlock, but Moose powers out. Moose then picks up Steve and powerbombs him out of the ring and onto Abyss. Rosemary jumps on Moose's back, but Brandi comes in and pulls her off before dropping her. Brandi hits a missile dropkick then she and Steve hit Rosemary and Steve with a series of strikes before dropping them both with a discus clothesline. Moose then picks up the pin and the win.
Winner: Moose & Brandi Rhodes via pinfall
-We then see Eddie Edwards, but he pushes the camera away as we go to commercial.
-We come back to Moose and Brandi celebrating backstage then a recap of last week's title match between Eddie and Lashley.
-Eddie comes out and talks about last week and how Davey betrayed him. Davey Eddie then tells Davey to come out, but Angelina Love comes out instead. She then insults him for a few minutes before Davey comes out. Davey and Eddie then brawl on the ramp then at ringside before security breaks them up.
-We then have the bachelor party for Braxton Sutter set up by Mike Bennett. Next we have the DCC backstage, saying that they are going to go through everyone in their path.
-We then get more of The Hardys in Mexico, including an appearance by Konnan.
Kingston vs Jessie Godderz
They exchange strikes immediately then Kingston whips Jessie into the corner before chopping him. Kingston is in complete control, focusing on the ribs of Jessie, but Jessie makes his comeback and drops Kingston repeatedly. Jessie splashes Kingston then hits a blockbuster off the second rope for a near fall. Kingston bails out of the ring then gets back in and hits Jessie with an STO for a near fall of his own.Jessie then hits a springboard forearm for the pin and the win.
Winner: Jessie Godderz
-After the match DCC appears, but Jessie had already gotten out of the ring before they could attack him.
-We then have more of Braxton Sutter's bachelor party.
-Next we get a recap of Tyrus & Eli Drake versus DCC in a three on two handicap match that DCC won after Eli Drake bailed on Tyrus.
-We come back to A Fact of Life, but Tyrus is hosting and Eli is the guest. Drake explains why he turned on Tyrus. Drake says that he pays Tyrus to do what he wants him to and that he owns him. Tyrus says no one owns him and that he's going to own him in the ring next week before leaving.
-We then get more of the Hardys in Mexico as we go to commercial.
We then come back the Hardys in the locker room, Matt having Vanguard One to map out an exist plan, but while he's waiting he gets drunk and flirts with women.
The Hardys vs Psicosis & Super Crazy Crash World Tag Team Championship Match
They show highlights of the match with the two teams going back and forth then Matt hits a Side Effect. We then cut to Jeff in control for a near fall as Vanguard is passed around by various women backstage. The Hardys hit a double Twist of Fate then Poetry in Motion before Matt hits another Twist of Fate and Jeff hits a Swanton Bomb for the pin and the win.
Winner: The Hardys via pinfall
-After the match Konnan tries to find them, saying that they'll take their belts, not wanting them to take them to Tibet or somewhere. Konnan goes to find them, but they're gone and Vanguard One drank all of the tequila. Matt then says next week he will become the King in Gold and they will become the greatest tag team of all time. Next we get a video for next week where they will be at Mid-Atlantic Wrestling.
-We then get a recap of two weeks ago when Brooke and Sienna had a match.
Sienna vs Brooke
Before the match Brooke chases after Maria, but Sienna gets in her way and they brawl before they get into the ring to start the match. Sienna is in control early thanks to a distraction by Maria, but Brooke makes her come back. Sienna the hits a wheel barrow suplex for a quick 2 count. Sienna puts Brooke in a submission, but she powers out of it before Sienna drops her with clubbing blows to the back. Sienna splashes Brooke in the corner then they exchange strikes before Sienna just shoves her away. Sienna then hits a Samoan drop for a near fall then hits a series of fall away slams. Brooke then uses Sienna talking to Maria to capitalize and roll her up for the pin and the win.
Winner: Brooke via pinfall
-We then have more of Braxton Sutter's bachelor party as we go to commercial.
-We come back to Eli Drake talking about his match next week.
-Lashley comes out next and says he's just too good for the roster and that's why everyone is jealous and do not like him. Lashley talks about his programs with EC3 and Eddie Edwards. Lashley says that he doesn't care if it's wrestling or MMA, that no one can hang with him. Josh Barnett comes out and says that he's disappointed in him and that he has to give him a lesson about getting to his true potential. Lashley then says he wants to welcome Josh to the IMPACT Zone and they shake hands before. Lashley says that in his world there are no rules like there are in MMA. Lashley then tells him to go to the back, but Josh goes to put him in an armbar, Lashley quickly getting out of it. Josh says he's not afraid of anyone in the world and he's there to take him on and for him to put the title on the line. Lashley agrees to a title match next week before leaving.
-Next we have Braxton taking a picture of Mike in a compromising position and seemingly sends it to Maria before leaving.
Eddie Edwards vs Davey Richards Street Fight
-Davey attacks Eddie from behind as Angela distracts Eddie on the ramp. Davey beats on Eddie around ringside, but misses a boot, Davey getting caught on the barricade, allowing Eddie to come back. Eddie beats on Davey then goes to chop him, but Davey ducks and Eddie chops the ring post. Davey then slams Eddie's hand into the ring steps before rolling him back into the ring and stomping on his hand as we go to commercial.
We come back and Angelina slides a chair in to Davey who hits Eddie's hand with the chair then stomps on him in the corner. Davey drops Eddie with a lariat then Eddie comes back and sends Davey out of the ring, Eddie flying out of the ring and over the barricade and into the crowd. They get back in the ring and Angelina acts like she's going to hit Eddie, but Davey picks up the chair Eddie had. Davey then hits Eddie with the chair after he picks up the chair Angelina drops. Eddie's wife attacks Davey then Angelina, but Angelina drops her and knocks her out with a forearm. Angelina grabs a pair of handcuffs then cuffs Eddie's wife to the ropes,Davey handing her a chair, but Eddie covers and protects her. Davey hits Eddie with the chair when he tries to save her then Davey hits a one man conchairto. Angelina then counts the three with Davey puts a foot over Eddie.
