Opening Round Match
Teagan Nox vs. Zatara

The match begins with Nox doing some work on the arm of Zatara, Zatara and Nox do a little chain wrestling as well. Zatara gets free of Nox’s grasp before attacking her with a few strikes, Nox escapes the path of a charging Zatara before landing some arm drags and a head scissors takedown. Nox then knocks Zatara out of the ring with a drop kick, Zatara gets back in the ring and she attacks Nox after faking a handshake. Zatara gets Nox to her knees before landing a knee strike to the side of the head, Zatara keeps Nox down while applying a modified STF. Zatara releases the hold after cracking Nox with a curb stomp, Zatara follows up by landing a drop kick for a near fall. Zatara traps Nox in the corner while working over her injured leg, Zatara then applies a modified figure four leg lock to Nox.

Nox eventually gets to the ropes to break the submission hold, Nox fights back and she drops Zatara with a few strikes. Nox then hits a cornered Zatara with a running European uppercut, Nox goes to the top rope to nail Zatara with a high cross body for a near fall. Zatara fights back and she nails Nox with a missile drop kick, Zatara then hits a cornered Nox with a double knee strike for a near fall. Zatara misses a shining wizard and Nox lands a Shiniest Wizard on her for a near fall.

Winner: Teagan Nox

Opening Round Match
Rhea Ripley vs. MJ Jenkins

The match begins with Ripley showing some disrespect to Jenkins, Jenkins gets revenge by taking Ripley down with a few arm drags. Jenkins looks for a springboard move and Ripley counters with a drop kick that knocks her to the arena floor, Ripley gets Jenkins in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt. Jenkins fights back and Ripley attacks her with a plethora of strikes, Ripley follows that up by nailing Jenkins with a clothesline for a near fall. Ripley follows Jenkins around the ring while landing some more strikes, Ripley traps Jenkins in the corner while kicking away at her. Ripley follows that up by landing a delayed vertical suplex for a near fall, Ripley slows things down by applying an abdominal stretch to Jenkins. Jenkins gets free and Ripley tosses her across the ring for a near fall, Jenkins fights back by nailing Ripley with a few strikes.

Jenkins then drops Ripley a few times with a few clotheslines, Jenkins follows that up by nailing Ripley with a flying shoulder tackle. Jenkins then kicks Ripley in the head before landing a springboard drop kick for a near fall, Jenkins misses a head kick and Ripley lands a pump handle power bomb for a three count.

Vanessa Kraven vs. Lacey Lane

The match begins with Lane attacking Kraven with a few leg kicks, Lane goes for a few roll ups and Kraven avoids them all. Lane backs Kraven into the corner while landing a few strikes, Lane uses a springboard arm drag to send Kraven out of the ring. Kraven tries getting back in the ring and Lane nails her with a handstand head kick, Kraven catches a diving lane and drops her face first on the ring apron. Kraven traps Lane in the ropes while landing a plethora of chops, Kraven gets Lane back in the ring before landing a cannonball for a near fall. Kraven traps Lane in the ropes while landing a few strikes, Kraven then applies the Canadian back breaker to Lane. Kraven releases the hold and Lane nails her with a few strikes, Lane gets Kraven to a knee before landing a super kick.

Lane then nails a cornered Kraven with a running knee strike to the head, Kraven recovers and she hits Lane with a sidewalk slam for a near fall. Lane fights back and Kraven misses a cannonball in the corner, Lane then hits a swinging Kraven with a few strikes. Lane shocks Kraven with a crucifix bomb for a three count.

Winner: Lacey Lane

- Natalya is interviewed backstage, Natalya says she is excited to be back at the Mae Young Classic and it feels great to be around so many awesome women. Natalya believes either Mia Yim or Io Shirai wins the tournament.

Opening Round Match
Meiko Satomura vs. Killer Kelly

The match begins with Satomura and Kelly exchanging a few kicks, Satomura drops Kelly while wrenching away on her arm. Kelly scores a takedown on Satomura before getting a near fall on a pin attempt, Satomura recovers and takes Kelly down with a headlock. Kelly gets free with a head scissors and Satomura escapes before landing a forearm strike, Kelly looks for a dragon sleeper and Satomura counters by landing a kick. Kelly recovers and drops Satomura with a running boot to the upper body for a near fall, Kelly fails at a surfboard hold attempt and decides to stomp away on Satomura. Satomura recovers and she gets Kelly in the half crab, Satomura transitions into an STF against Kelly ad Kelly gets to the ropes.

Satomura traps Kelly in the ropes while landing a series of strikes, Satomura scores a takedown on Kelly before landing more kicks. Satomura lands another takedown on Kelly before landing a double knee strike for a near fall, Satomura continues attacking Kelly with a variety of kicks. Kelly fights back and she nails Satomura with a suplex for a near fall, Satomura avoids a kicking Kelly before dropping her with an uppercut. Satomura then nails Kelly with a cartwheel double knee strike, Satomura goes to the top rope and Kelly meets her up there. Kelly looks for a spider suplex and instead applies a dragon sleeper while on the top rope, Kelly traps Satomura in the corner after landing a head kick. Kelly then nails a cornered Satomura with a running drop kick, Kelly then hits Satomura with a fisherman suplex for a near fall.

Kelly picks Satomura up before going for a German suplex, Satomura gets free and she nails Kelly with an overhead kick. Satomura nails Kelly with a death valley driver for a three count.
