- Highlights are shown of Dean Ambrose’s return to the WWE on last weeks Raw air, Rosenberg and JBL give their predictions for the match afterwards.

- Highlights are shown of the feud between Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella, Beck Lynch and Charlotte Flair. The panel discusses the match while also giving their predictions.

- The New Day cut a selfie promo, they talk about their history in Brooklyn. The New Day say they’ll win the Smackdown Tag Team Titles tonight.

- Highlights are shown of Braun Strowman & Finn Balor defeating Jinder Mahal & Kevin Owens from this past weeks Raw, followed by Owens being interviewed on WWE.com saying he must win the Money In the bank Contract before he could become the WWE Universal Champion. JBL and Rosenberg then discuss tonight’s match between Strowman and Owens.

- Aiden English approached Lana & Rusev backstage, English says he wants to make up for everything. Rusev turns him down and says tonight is about them tonight, Rusev tells English to stay backstage. 

Andrade "Cien" Almas & Zelina Vega vs. Rusev & Lana

The match begins with Rusev chasing Almas out of the ring and then back inside of it, Rusev chases Almas back in the ring again until eating a drop kick. Almas gets Rusev in the ring and backs him into the corner while landing some strikes, Rusev recovers and kicks away at a cornered Almas. Rusev lands a suplex on Almas before landing a few more strikes, Vega distracts Rusev and that allows Almas to send him into the ring post. Almas then applies a rope assisted triangle choke to Rusev, Almas holds Rusev down while wrenching away on his arm. Almas traps Rusev in the ropes while choking him on the middle one, Almas misses a dive in the corner and Vega prevents him from tagging Lana in.

Almas then hits Rusev with a knee strike followed by a reverse tornado DDT for a near fall, Almas goes back to wrenching away on the arm of Rusev. Almas goes for another reverse tornado DDT and Rusev shoves him out of the ring, Lana tags in and she goes right after Vega. Lana then hits Vega with some hair pulls and a bulldog, Lana then hits Vega with a double knee strike followed by a neck breaker for a near fall. Vega rolls outside of the ring and Lana gets her back in there, Lana then hits Vega with a slam for a near fall. Vega recovers and she sends Lana into the corner, Vega then kicks Lana right in the head. Vega charges at Lana and she eats a kick to the head, Almas distracts Lana before sending Rusev into the barricade. Vega rolls up Lana with her feet on the ropes for a three count.

Winners: Andrade "Cien" Almas & Zelina Vega

- Jerry "The King" Lawler joins Renee Young, Booker T and David Otunga on the panel.

- Charly Caruso interviews Paul Heyman backstage about what happened on last weeks Raw, Heyman says everybody is here to witness history tonight as Brock Lesnar finally gets rid of Roman Reigns. Heyman says Lesnar will eventually take out Daniel Cormier as well to win the UFC Heavyweight Title, Heyman says Reigns won’t be coming back for more after their match tonight.

- The panel discusses the rivalry between Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar.

- Raw GM Kurt Angle, Smackdown GM Paige and 205 Live GM Drake Maverick are talking about WWE Summerslam tonight. Constable Corbin arrives and he mocks Angle, Paige and Maverick mock him back to defend Angle.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Drew Gulak

The match begins with Alexander backing Gulak into the corner a few times before letting him go free, Alexander sends Gulak into the corner after a chain wrestling session. Gulak backs Alexander into the corner before landing a right to the midsection, Alexander escapes a Gulock attempt to nail Gulak with a drop kick. Alexander follows Gulak out of the ring before attacking him with strikes, Gulak gets in the ring and knocks Alexander to the ring apron afterwards by kicking him in the face, Gulak nails Alexander with a modified neck breaker on the arena floor. Gulak follows that up by dropping Alexander face first on the ring apron, Gulak gets Alexander in the ring while twisting away on his head.

Alexander gets free and Gulak nails him with an exploder suplex for a near fall, Gulak gets Alexander back up before dropping him with a few clotheslines. Gulak then applies the chin lock to a downed Alexander, Gulak transitions to a Gory Special against Alexander. Alexander gets free and he has a striking exchange with Gulak, Alexander recovers and nails Gulak with a springboard flatliner. Alexander nails Gulak with a few strikes before dropping him with a modified Thesz Press, Alexander keeps Gulak in the ropes while landing a chop. Gulak rolls out of the ring and Alexander nails him with a suicide dive, Alexander gets Gulak in the ring and he catches him with an eznaguri, Alexander goes for a springboard move and Gulak sends him crashing into the corner.

Gulak catches Alexander with a rope assisted Gulock, Gulak drags Alexander in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt. Gulak goes for the Gulock again and Alexander escapes to land a spinning elbow strike, Alexander nails Gulak with a few strikes before getting dropped with a right. Alexander and Gulak exchange roll ups for a few near falls, Alexander goes for the handspring enzaguri and Gulak counters with an ankle lock. Alexander catches a charging Gulak with the one man Spanish fly from out of nowhere, Alexander and Gulak exchange roll ups until Alexander gets the three count.

Winner: Cedric Alexander, still your WWE Cruiserweight Champion

- JBL & Rosenberg return to talk about the Smackdown Women’s Title Match.

- A video package airs highlighting the feud between WWE Champion AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, followed by analysis from the kickoff panel.

- Samoa Joe is interviewed by the panel, who talks about how everything he said about Styles’ family is true. Joe says that he has mentally broken Styles before their match began, Joe says that Styles needs to get the win tonight for his wife and family. Joe admits that Styles is a great athlete, but Joe says that he has always put Styles down in the past and has taken titles from him in the past. Joe says he can correct all the problems in Styles’ life and he promises to put him out tonight.

- JBL & Rosenberg return to talk about the WWE Championship Match.

Raw Tag Team Championship
The B-Team (Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas) (c) vs. The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson)

The match begins with Dallas taking Dawson down with a headlock, Wilder tags in and The Revival injure the knee of Dallas. Axel interferes and The Revival nail him with a Shatter Machine, Dallas fights back and Dawson tags in. Dawson nails Dallas with a missile drop kick for a few near falls, Dawson continues focusing his attack in the injured leg of Dallas. Wilder tags in and he kicks away at the injured knee of Dallas, Wilder traps the injured leg of Dallas in the ropes while stomping away on it. Dawson tags back in and he nails Dallas with a drop kick to the injured knee, Dawson then hits Dallas with a dragon screw leg whip. Dawson holds Dallas down while wrenching away on his knee, Dallas sends Dawson into the ring post.

Wilder tags in and he knocks Axel off the ring apron, Dawson tags back in and he nails Dallas with a middle rope knee drop. Wilder tags in and he tries suplexing Dallas out of the ring, Dallas drags him into the ring before landing a spinning neck breaker. Dawson and Axel get tagged into the match by their respective partners, Axel quickly cleans house against the opposing team. Wilder interferes and Axel knocks him out of the ring. Dawson rolls up Axel and Dallas accidentally knocks them over to cause Axel to get the three count.

Winners: The B-Team (Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas), still your Raw Tag Team Champions

- Charly Caruso tries interviewing Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, who refuses to be interviewed.

WWE Intercontinental Championship 
Dolph Ziggler (c) w/Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins w/Dean Ambrose

The match begins with some chain wrestling between Ziggler and Rollins, Ziggler backs Rollins into the ropes as McIntyre and Ambrose go face to face. Rollins and Ziggler exchange a few roll ups for a few near falls, Ziggler rolls out of the ring for a breather and he nails Rollins with a few strikes when he gets back in. Rollins recovers to nail Ziggler with a hip toss, Ziggler rolls out of the ring and Rollins goes out there to attack him. Rollins gets Ziggler in the ring to attack him with more strikes, Ziggler fights back and Rollins drops him with a clothesline. Ziggler knocks Rollins to the ring apron and Ziggler kicks him in the leg as he got back in the ring, Ziggler nails Rollins with a neck breaker for a near fall. Ziggler drags Rollins to the ropes before raking his eyes, Ziggler traps Rollins in the corner while landing strikes.

Ziggler misses a chop and he quickly kicks Rollins in the injured leg, Rollins goes down and Ziggler stomps away on his injured knee. Rollins fights back and Ziggler knocks him out of the ring, Ziggler gets Rollins back in the ring and he applies a modified chin lock. Ziggler releases the hold to kick Rollins in the injured knee, Ziggler reapplies the chin lock to a downed Rollins. Rollins gets free and Ziggler sends him right back out of the ring, Ziggler gets Rollins in the ring before going to the top rope. Ziggler goes for a top rope high cross body and Rollins rolls through to suplex them both out of the ring, the competitors get in the ring and Rollins drops Ziggler with a sling blade. Rollins nails a cornered Ziggler with several running forearm strikes, Rollins then nails Ziggler with a blockbuster for a near fall.

Rollins goes to the top rope and Ziggler quickly crotches him, Ziggler follows him up there and Rollins knocks him to the mat below. Ziggler rolls away from Rollins and Rollins knocks him out of the ring, Rollins nails Ziggler with a suicide dive. Rollins gets Ziggler in the ring before landing a springboard clothesline, Rollins then hits Ziggler with a rip cord knee strike for a near fall. Rollins goes for a buckle bomb and Ziggler fights his way free, Ziggler eventually catches Rollins in the sleeper hold and Rollins quickly gets free. Ziggler recovers and drops Rollins neck first on the top rope, the two battle to the ring apron and Ziggler shoves Rollins into the ring post before landing a jump DDT. Rollins beats the count into the ring and Ziggler stands over him while landing strikes, Ziggler goes for the Zig Zag and Rollins counters by landing a side kick.

Rollins goes to the top rope and Ziggler gets his knees up on the frog splash attempt, Ziggler gets up and he attacks Rollins with a few strikes. Rollins fights back and Ziggler attacks his injured knee, Ziggler goes for the Fame-Asser and Rollins sends him into the top rope. Rollins follows Ziggler up the ropes and Ziggler knocks him to the mat below, Rollins returns to the top rope to hit Ziggler with a reverse superplex followed by an inverted falcon arrow for a near fall. McIntyre throws Ambrose into the ring steps and the distraction allows Ziggler to hit Rollins with a Zig Zag for a near fall, Rollins avoids a super kick and he nails Ziggler with a buckle bomb. Ambrose battles McIntyre and nails him with a Dirty Deeds on the arena floor, Rollins then hits Ziggler with a super kick followed by the curb stomp for a three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins w/Dean Ambrose, your new WWE Intercontinental Champion

- Renee Young interviews the Bella Twins, they says that there is no other place they would like to be other than at WWE Summerslam. They says that they have a lot of other things to do other than to maybe compete at WWE Evolution, they predict that Ronda Rousey will win the Raw Women’s Title tonight.

SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships
The Bludgeon Brothers (Rowan & Harper) (c) vs. The New Day (Big E & Xavier Woods) w/Kofi Kingston

The match begins with Rowan quickly dropping Woods before tagging Harper in, Harper and Rowan double team Woods for a near fall. Harper holds Woods down while applying the chin lock, Woods gets free and Harper drills him with a drop kick. Rowan tags in and he nails Woods with a splash for a near fall, Rowan holds Woods down while twisting away on his head. Rowan releases the hold so he can nail Woods with a back breaker, Harper tags in and he lands a senton for a near fall. Harper and Rowan attack E on the arena floor to take him out, Harper then throws Woods out of the ring. Woods fights back and he sends Harper face first into the ring post, E tags in and he nails both opponents with overhead release suplexes on the arena floor.

E gets Harper in the ring and he slams him before landing a splash, Harper escapes the Big Ending to hit E with a Michinoku Driver for a bear fall. Rowan tags in and E escapes their finisher before sending Rowan into the ring post, E sends Rowan out of the ring and Woods nails him with a suicide dive. Harper drops Woods on the arena floor, E returns and he nails Harper with a spear that sends both tumbling to the arena floor. Rowan also hits E with a dive before both get back in the ring, Harper tags in and they hit E with a crucifix bomb for a near fall. Woods tags in and he nails both opponents with enzaguris, Harper and Rowan hit Woods with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Rowan then attacks Kingston on the arena floor, E then hits Rowan with the Big Ending on the arena floor.

E tags in as Woods gets knocked to the arena floor, Harper then hits E with a super kick before battling him on the ring apron. E hits Harper with a uranage onto the knees of Woods, E gets Harper into the ring before tagging Woods in. Woods goes to the top rope and Harper rolls out of the ring, Woods nails Harper with a top rope elbow drop on the arena floor. E tags in as Woods goes to the top rope, Rowan appears and he attacks everybody with the mallet to cause a DQ.

Winners: The New Day (Big E & Xavier Woods) w/Kofi Kingston by DQ, Bludgeon Brothers are still the champs

Money in the Bank Contract On The Line
Braun Strowman (Mr. MITB) vs. Kevin Owens

The match begins with Strowman immediately nailing a cornered Owens with a few avalanches, Owens rolls out of the ring and Strowman follows him out there to land a few shoulder tackles. Strowman gets Owens in the ring and Owens rolls right back out, Strowman follows Owens out there and he eats a super kick. Strowman destroys Owens with a choke slam on the entrance ramp, Strowman gets Owens in the ring and he follows him in there. Strowman then hits Owens with a power slam for the three count.

Winner: Braun Strowman, who retains the MITB case

Smackdown Women's Championship
Carmella (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair

The match begins with Carmella jumping Lynch before eating chops from Flair, Lynch and Flair start double teaming Carmella. Lynch drops Carmella before missing a spinning leg drop, Carmella nails Lynch with a basement drop kick for a near fall. Flair then drops Carmella before talking to Lynch, Carmella shoves Flair into Lynch before rolling Flair up for a near fall. Lynch knocks Carmella out of the ring and Flair drops Carmella with a baseball slide drop kick, Lynch rolls up Flair for a near fall. Flair gets a few near falls on Lynch before Lynch works over her arm, Flair goes to the ring apron and Carmella knocks her to the arena floor before shoving her into the ring post. Lynch goes after Carmella and Carmella knocks her into the ring steps, Carmella gets Lynch in the ring for a near fall on a pin attempt.

Carmella stands over Lynch while landing a plethora of strikes, Carmella holds Lynch down while applying the chin lock. Lynch gets free and Carmella drops her with a clothesline, Flair returns and Carmella lands an inverted X-Factor for a near fall. Carmella holds Flair down while applying the chin lock to her, Carmella releases the hold and then she knocks Flair out of the ring. Lynch returns and Carmella drops her with a drop kick, Lynch fights back and Carmella drops her with a right. Lynch and Carmella exchange roll ups before Flair returns to drop Lynch, Flair gets up and she attacks Carmella with chops. Flair then nails Carmella with an exploder suplex followed by a back suplex, Flair goes for the Figure Eight and Lynch stops it from happen.

Lynch goes to the top rope to hit both opponents with a double missile drop kick, Lynch knocks Flair out of the ring before hitting Carmella with an exploder suplex. Lynch goes back to the top rope and Carmella crotches her, Carmella then hits Lynch with a handstand hurricarana for a near fall. Flair hits Carmella with a spear from out of nowhere for a near fall, Carmella fights back and she sends Flair into the corner. Carmella gets Flair on the top rope and she goes for the handstand hurricarana, Flair counters by applying the Boston crab to Carmella. Flair transitions into the figure four and Lynch returns to hit Flair with a guillotine leg drop for a near fall, Lynch and Carmella have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring.

Lynch gets knocked to the ring apron and then to the arena floor by Carmella, Carmella then nails Lynch with a suicide dive. Flair returns and takes both competitors out with a moonsault that sends them all crashing to the arena floor, Flair gets Lynch back in the ring before attempting a Natural Selection. Lynch counters by applying a Disarmher and Carmella breaks it up, Lynch sends Carmella out of the ring before hitting Flair with a uranage for a near fall. Carmella sends Lynch into the corner before rolling her up for a near fall, Carmella then hits Lynch with a super kick for a near fall. Carmella knocks Flair out of the ring before hitting Lynch with a super kick, Lynch recovers and she catches Carmella in the Disarmher. Carmella gets to the ropes and Lynch reapplies the hold, Flair nails Lynch with a Natural Selection from out of nowhere for the three count.

Winner: Charlotte Flair, your new Smackdown Live Women’s Champion

After the match, Becky Lynch attacks Charlotte Flair and she attacks her with a ton of strikes, Lynch knocks Flair out of the ring before throwing her into the barricade and announce table before walking away. 

WWE Championship
AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe

The match begins with Styles avoiding a kicking Joe, Joe backs Styles into the corner before letting him go free. Styles gains control by applying a headlock to Joe, Joe gets free and he drops a charging Styles with a shoulder block. Styles gets up and he attacks Joe with a few leg kicks, Joe recovers and he drops Styles with a single kick. Joe follows Styles around the ring while assaulting him with strikes, Joe misses a forearm smash and Styles attacks him with chops. Joe recovers and Styles drills him with a drop kick, Styles drops Joe before kicking him right in the back. Joe recovers and he attacks Styles with a plethora of jabs, Styles recovers and drops Joe with a sliding right. Joe rolls out of the ring and Styles nails him with a baseball slide drop kick, Styles goes for a knee strike while on the ring apron and Joe nails him with a leg sweep.

Joe gets Styles in the ring and he attacks him with more strikes, Styles fights back and Joe nails him with a front suplex. Styles rolls out of the ring and Joe nails him with a suicide dive, Joe gets Styles back in the ring before twisting away on his head. Styles gets free and Joe destroys him with a clothesline for a near fall, Joe applies a chin lock to a downed Styles. Styles gets free and he catches Joe with a few strikes, a striking exchange breaks out in the middle of the ring between Styles and Joe. Styles knocks Joe out of the ring before nailing him with a jab, Styles gets Joe in the ring and Joe knocks him to the arena floor. Joe goes for a dive and Styles nails him with an enzaguri, Styles gets in the ring and he drops Joe with a striking combination before landing a flying forearm strike. Styles then hits a cornered Joe with a flying clothesline, Styles follows that up by nailing Joe with a springboard reverse DDT for a near fall.

Styles gets Joe on the top rope and he follows him up there, Joe knocks Styles off the rope with a headbutt. Joe nails a standing Styles with a guillotine leg drop for a near fall, Joe then attacks a kneeling Styles with a series of kicks. Styles gets up and Joe catches him with an atomic drop followed by a boot to the face and a senton for a near fall, Styles fights back and he eventually nails Joe with a modified neck breaker. Styles goes for the Styles Clash and Joe shoves him to the ring apron, Styles misses a Phenomenal Forearm and Joe lands a power slam for a near fall. Styles goes for a crucifix before nailing Joe with a side kick, Styles then hits Joe with a Styles Clash for a near fall. Styles backs Joe into the corner while landing a series of strikes, Joe fights back with some strikes of his own.

Styles ends that exchange by nailing Joe with a Pele Kick, Joe recovers and he nails a charging Styles with a uranage. Styles recovers and he catches Joe in the calf crusher, Joe gets free after smashing Styles head into the mat multiple times. Joe catches Styles in the rear naked choke and Styles eventually makes it to the ropes, Joe gets Styles on the top rope before knocking him to the arena floor with an overhead kick. Joe follows Styles out of the ring before throwing him into the ring steps, Joe grabs the microphone and he tells Styles’ wife that he’ll be her new daddy. Styles gets angry and he spears Joe from the announce table through the barricade, Styles attacks Joe with the chair to cause a DQ.

Winner: Samoa Joe, by DQ (AJ Styles retains the WWE Championship)

After the match, AJ Styles continues attacking Samoa Joe with the steel chair.

- Elias is on the stage for a special Summerslam performance, Elias wants to know just “who wants to walk with Elias?” Elias says talks about how well his debut album has been selling, Elias says he knew the whole world has loved him since he was a child. Elias says he is performing a new song tonight, Elias says that tonight’s song is dedicated to the disgusting New Yorkers out there. Elias starts the song and his guitar breaks, Elias gets angry before kicking his stool over and destroying the broken guitar.

- The Miz bumps into The B-Team backstage and he tells them not to wish him luck, but they could fetch his limo for a post-match celebration. The B-Team says they are no longer The Miztourage and they hope Daniel Bryan wins tonight, The B-Team says they are starting their own reality show calkled Total Bellas.

The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan

The match begins with Miz going to the ropes to avoid Bryan, Bryan backs Miz into the ropes and Miz attacks him with a series of lefts a few moments later. Miz traps Bryan in the ropes while landing multiple kicks to the midsection. Miz then hits Bryan with a running drop kick, Bryan recovers and nails a cornered Miz with a ton of strikes. Miz catches Bryan in a headlock while landing a few rights, Bryan gets free and Miz drops him with a shoulder tackle. Bryan recovers and drops a charging Miz with a kick, Bryan traps Miz in a headlock while landing a series of rights. Bryan follows that up by landing a bulldog for a near fall, Bryan traps Miz in the ropes while landing more strikes. Miz recovers and nails a charging Bryan with a knee lift, Miz then applies the surfboard hold to Bryan and Bryan gets free to nail Miz with leg kicks.

Bryan holds Miz down while applying the surfboard hold to him, Bryan drops Miz on his head for a near fall on a bridging pin. Bryan traps Miz in the corner again while landing more strikes, Miz recovers to crotch a charging Bryan before landing a middle rope clothesline. Miz holds Bryan down while landing knee strikes to the back, Miz holds Bryan down further while applying the kravat. Miz stands Bryan up while landing some more knee strikes, Miz gets Bryan down again while applying another kravat. Bryan fights back and Miz drops him with a neck breaker for a near fall, Miz keeps Bryan down while attacking him with more strikes. Bryan gets up and Miz continues attacking him with a plethora of lefts, Bryan fights back and he drops Miz with a clothesline.

Bryan keeps Miz in the corner while landing a series of running drop kicks, Bryan gets Miz on the top rope before taking him down with a hurricarana for a near fall. Bryan keeps Miz near the ropes while landing a few strikes, Bryan then sends a charging Miz to the arena floor. Bryan follows that up with a drop kick against Miz, Bryan climbs to the top turnbuckle before taking Miz out with a top rope high cross body. Bryan gets Miz back in the ring while going to the top rope again, Miz crotches Bryan and he follows him to the top rope. Miz attacks Bryan with strikes and Bryan gets free before crotching him, Miz goes upside down and Bryan attacks him with Yes Kicks and a baseball slide drop kick. Bryan goes back up to the top rope and he nails Miz with a super back suplex for a near fall, Bryan keeps Miz down while landing more Yes Kicks.

Miz avoids the final Yes Kick before hitting Bryan with a DDT for a near fall, Miz gets up and he attacks Bryan with It Kicks. Bryan fights back and he nails Miz with a dragon screw leg whip followed by a head kick, Miz and Bryan exchange submission attempts until Miz slingshots Bryan into the ring post. Miz then hits Bryan with the Skull Crushing Finale for a near fall, Miz charges at Bryan and Bryan nails him with a head kick for a near fall. Miz gets to the ring apron and he tries suplexing Bryan outside of the ring, Bryan goes to the ring apron to attack Miz with more kicks. Bryan goes for another kick and he hits the ring post as Miz gets out of the way, Miz gets Bryan in the ring and he applies the figure four leg lock. Bryan fights his way to reversing the submission on Miz and Miz eventually gets to the ropes, Miz gets up first and a striking exchange breaks out a few moments later.

Bryan surprises Miz with a roll up from out of nowhere for a near fall, Bryan kicks Miz in the back before rolling him up again for a near fall. Bryan traps the arms of Miz while landing a plethora of elbow strikes, Bryan applies the Yes Lock and Miz eventually gets to the ropes. Miz rolls out of the ring and Bryan gets to the ring apron, Bryan nails Miz with a knee strike that knocks him near his wife. Maryse hands Miz brass knuckles and Bryan doesn’t know it, Miz nails Bryan with the brass knuckles for a three count.

“The Demon” Finn Balor vs. Baron Corbin

The match begins with Balor instantly nailing Corbin with a shotgun drop kick followed by a sling blade, Balor then knocks Corbin out of the ring before nailing him with a suicide dive. Balor gets Corbin in the ring and Corbin rolls right back out, Balor then hits Corbin with a sling blade and shotgun drop kick on the arena floor. Balor gets Corbin back in the ring before kicking him in the head, Balor then hits Corbin with a top rope double stomp. Balor then hits Corbin with a shotgun drop kick followed by a Coupe De Grace for the three count.

Winner: “The Demon” Finn Balor

- Daniel Bryan is being attended to backstage when Brie Bella arrives to console him, Bryan says he needed to win that match. Bryan says that The Miz curbed his comeback plan after being away from the ring for three years, Brie gives Bryan a pep talk and tells him the fight isn’t over.

Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Jeff Hardy

The match begins with Nakamura lightly kicking Hardy in the head, Nakamura angers Hardy before nailing him with a knee strike. Hardy mocks Nakamura before sending him into the top turnbuckle a few times, Hardy goes for a jaw breaker and Nakamura counters by landing knee strikes. Nakamura holds Hardy down while twisting away on his head, Hardy recovers by nailing Nakamura with a stunner. Hardy attacks a downed Nakamura with a series of strikes, Nakamura rolls out of the ring and he kicks Hardy in the head when he followed him out there. Nakamura gets Hardy on the ring apron before landing multiple knee strikes on him, Nakamura gets Hardy in the ring for a near fall on a pin attempt. Nakamura slows things down by holding Hardy in a modified chin lock, Hardy gets free and Nakamura nails him with a few strikes.

Nakamura picks Hardy up to assault him with more strikes, Hardy fights back and he drops Nakamura with a sling blade. Hardy then drops Nakamura with a few arm strike followed by an atomic drop and a leg drop for a near fall, Nakamura recovers and he drops Hardy with a spinning heel kick. Nakamura goes for an inverted exploider suplex and Hardy gets free, Nakamura misses a charge in the corner and Hardy drops him with a clothesline. Nakamura gets a leaping Hardy on the top turnbuckle before missing a knee strike, Hardy then hits Nakamura with a Whisper In The Wind for a near fall. Hardy goes to the top rope and Nakamura trips him up before landing a knee strike, Hardy falls to the mat and Nakamura lands more knee strikes. Nakamura goes for another knee strike and Hardy avoids it, Nakamura goes for a low blow and Hardy counters with a drop kick.

Hardy then hits Nakamura with a Twist Of Fate, Hardy goes to the top rope and he lands a swanton bomb for a near fall. Hardy picks up Nakamura and he lands a second Twist Of Fate, Hardy goes back to the top rope and Nakamura rolls to the ring apron. Hardy goes for the swanton bomb anyway and Nakamura gets out of the way, Nakamura gets Hardy in the ring before landing a kick to the back of the head. Nakamura then hits Hardy with a running knee strike for the three count.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura, still the WWE United States Champion

After the match, Randy Orton comes out and he acts like he was heading to the ring before walking backstage. 

WWE Raw Women's Championship
Alexa Bliss (c) vs. Ronda Rousey w/Natalya

The match begins with Bliss hiding in the ropes as Rousey comes forward, Bliss then shoves the referee into Rousey. Bliss goes for a punch and Rousey drops her with a right, Bliss rolls out of the ring to regroup from the punch. Bliss gets back in the ring and quickly rolls back out, Bliss gets back in the ring and applies a chin lock to a sitting Rousey. Rousey gets free and she hits Bliss with a spinning firemans carry slam, Bliss rolls out of the ring again to recover. Rousey chases Bliss back into the ring, Bliss then attacks Rousey with a few strikes as she got back in the ring. Rousey nails Bliss with a combination followed by a bunch of judo throws, Rousey again nails Bliss with a spinning slam. Rousey goes for the arm bar and transitions to a normal arm bar to force a tap out.

Winner: Ronda Rousey, your new Raw Women’s Champion

After the match, Ronda Rousey celebrates with Natalya, the Bella Twins and Travis Browne.

- Braun Strowman comes out before the match starts with his Money In The Bank contract, Strowman gets the microphone and he says he won’t be a coward when cashing in the contract. Strowman says he’ll cash in the contract when the match ends.

WWE Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns

The match begins with Reigns quickly nailing Lesnar with multiple superman punches, Reigns then hits Lesnar with multiple spears. Lesnar catches Reigns in a guillotine choke during the final spear and Reigns uses a spine buster to get free, Lesnar reapplies the guillotine choke and Reigns gets free again by landing another spine buster. Lesnar takes his MMA gloves off and he takes Reigns to suplex city, Lesnar goes for an F-5 and Reigns escapes. Reigns goes for a spear and Lesnar winds up knocking him out of the ring and into Strowman, Lesnar then hits Strowman with an F-5 on the arena floor. Lesnar grabs the case and he attacks Strowman with it before tossing it up the ramp, Lesnar also attacks Strowman with chair shots. Lesnar brings the chair into the ring and Reigns nails him with a spear for the three count.

Winner: Roman Reigns, your new WWE Universal Champion
