* Opera Cup Round 1: Atlantis Jr. def. Okumura

- Alex Kane and Mr Thomas previewed their involvement in the Opera Cup. They also expressed interest in winning the Tag Team Titles.

- Salina de le Renta was talking to Jesus Rodriguez. She sicked him on Janai Kai, and he was attacked by her. Cesar Duran confronted his daughter during the attack.

* Opera Cup Round 1: Tom Lawlor (with Saint Laurent) def. Jake Crist

- Paul Walter Hauser appeared on the video wall and challenged Tom Lawler to an MMA Cage Match.

* Minoru Suzuki def. AKIRA

- Following the match, CONTRA attacks AKIRA. Satoshi Kojima rushes in and saves the day.

- Salina de la Renta's Baby Daddy reveal ends up being Cesar Duran's masked bodyguard. There were teases of it being Bad Dude Tito or Saint Laurent, but in the end, The Bodyguard unmasks and makes out with Salina. Duran is not happy.

* 3 Stages of Destruction: Matthew Justice (with Bill Alfonso) def. Mads Krule Krugger def. Matt Justice.

- Justice won the first fall in the First Blood match.

- Krugger won the second fall in a Street Fight.

- The Ambulance Match came to an end after Krugger slammed Justice into a flaming table with a Powerbomb and then sent him into an ambulance

- MLW Never Say Never promo airs

* MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship: Janai Kai def. Gigi Rey

* Opera Cup Round 1: KENTA def. Bobby Fish

* No Ropes Death Match: Matt Riddle def. Sami Callihan

- The camera then cut to a bunch of laid-out people backstage, and then it was shown that CONTRA was still attacking AKIRA and Satoshi Kojima.
