On August 8, 2024, TNA hosted a new episode of TNA iMPACT! on AXS TV, TNA Plus, and YouTube.

The show featured Jonathan Gresham facing KUSHIDA in a grudge match, Joe Hendry facing NXT’s Wolfgang, and multiple Ultimate X Qualifiers. The full results are listed below.

  • Jordynne Grace defends the TNA Knockouts World Championship in an open challenge

  • After a video recap of last week’s episode & Steph DeLander revealing they would host the Honeymoon on Television, Tom Hannifan & Matt Rhewoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • The System (Moose, Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, JDC & Alisha Edwards) cut a promo calling out Mike Santana, with Moose challenging Santana to a match next week.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Jonathan Gresham without the Octopus-like appearance. Gresham said he had not been around for a while because he had not felt well but he was back & ready to go. Gresham extended his hand to KUSHIDA, but KUSHIDA hesitated.
  • Ultimate X Qualifier: X-Division Champion Mike Bailey def. Trent Seven & Jake Something via Pinfall (Ultima Weapon from Bailey on Something).
  • Tasha Steelz cut a promo backstage, where she said she was on the climb to regain the TNA Knockout’s Title and anyone who stepped in her way would get stepped on. Gisele Shaw interrupted before Santino Marella interrupted and broke a rematch between the two next week, this time with two referees.
  • Alexander Hammerstone confronted Santino Marella saying he was interested in entering the Ultimate X Match. Marella agreed and booked him into a Qualifier; however, Eric Young confronted Hammerstone and said their issues were not over.
  • KUSHIDA def. Jonathan Gresham via Submission (Hoverboard Lock).
  • TNA Tag Team Champions ABC (Chris Bey & Ace Austin) cut a promo backstage but they were interrupted by Mike Bailey. Bailey thanked them for helping I'm step his game up before asking them if they wanted to participate in qualifier matches for the Ultimate X Match. Bey & Austin discussed and agreed to join.
  • Steph DeLander was in the Jacuzzi waiting for PCO on her honeymoon. She called PCO but was sent to voicemail.
  • TNA Knockouts World Championship - Open Challenge: Jordynne Grace (c) vs. Rosemary ended in a No Contest.
    • Ash By Elegance attacked Grace & Rosemary with a kendo stick, leading the match to be thrown out.
  • Josh Alexander cut a promo to explain his actions on TNA Slammiversary. Alexander said he fought his heart out to make TNA the best promotion around but criticized Joe Hendry for being a meme wrestler before calling out Nic Nemeth for a title match, declaring he would make Nemeth a transitional champion. Nemeth confronted Alexander and struck him with a microphone before catching him with a Superkick. After that attack, Nemeth accepted Alexender's challenge for next week's show.
  • Santino Marella made the title match with Josh Alexander and TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth official for next week. Frankie Kazarian took offense with Alexander getting a title shot before him and promised to get a title match by any means necessary.
  • Ultimate X Qualifier: Zachary Wentz (w/ Trey Miguel) def. KC Navarro & Dante Chen via Pinfall (UFO Cutter).
  • Steph DeLander was waiting for PCO, but Matt Cardona appeared instead. Cardona tried to speak with DeLander, but DeLander kicked him out of the building. After that, it was revealed Cardona had kidnapped PCO and told him to not mess with his property before hitting a Curb Stomp.
  • Joe Hendry def. Wolfgang via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
    • Mike Santana brawled with The System, but they were separated by an army of bodyguards. Full mayhem ensued to end the broadcast.
