- After a video package recapping the proceedings of the 11/15/2022 edition of NXT, Vic Joseph & Booker T welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening segment.
- Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne & NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose) came to the ring to cut a promo to kick off the proceedings of the show. In reference to her win against Alba Fyre, Rose quoted Queen and said that another bit the dust and stated that there was only one queen in NXT. Rose then emphasized that the winner of the Iron Survivor Challenge would not be able to win the belts. Jayne said that Rose would wait on her opponent would be while she and Dolin would chase down the NXT Women's Tag Titles. NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter & Katana Chance interrupted Toxic Attraction and reminded Rose that the only she was still champion was because of Isla Dawn's interference. The two teams brawled in the ring, with Toxic Attraction winning the number games.
- NXT North American Champion Wes Lee walked to the arena from the parking lot before Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo & Tony D'Angelo confronted him in their black Tahoe. Lee told D'Angelo that once he was done with Hayes, he knew where to find him.
- Cora Jade cut a promo ahead of her match against Wendy Choo, saying the crowd never sat at the lunch table before the commercial break.
- Grayson Waller confronted Duke Hudson backstage and told him to cut the facade as a Chase University student, but Hudson emphasized that he was dedicated to being a student. Waller laughed at Hudson's antics
Cora Jade vs. Wendy Choo.
Choo got a headlock before hitting a shoulder tackle on Jade to begin the match. After slamming Jade on the corner, Choo hit a running back-elbow strike on Jade before locking in a wrist lock. Choo slammed Jade in a wrist lock before locking in a hammerlock on Jade, but Jade hit a back elbow followed by a shoulder tackle on Choo. Jade ran the ropes, but Choo caught her with a hip toss. Jade slammed Choo into the middle rope before hitting a back elbow on Choo into the middle rope followed by a series of punches on Choo. Choo got a schoolboy roll-up on Jade for a near fall, which she followed by hitting a vicious Helluva Kick on Jade. Choo went for the running sleepy elbow drop on Jade, but Jade evaded before the two brawled on the outside. Choo hit an overhead toss on Jade on the ringside floor. Back in the ring, Jade evaded Choo in the corner before hitting an Elevated Knee on Choo on the corner. Jade sent Choo to the corner before laying her boot and hitting a running basement knee strike on Choo for a near fall. Choo tried to choke Jade with the middle rope before getting a single-leg hook on Choo for a near fall. Jade got a back stretch on Choo before Choo tossed Jade, but Jade laid Choo into the middle rope, but Choo got back up and hit a lariat, an overhead suplex, a cartwheel splash, and a diving cross-body on Jade for a near fall. Choo went for a suplex, but Jade rolled over and got an O'Connor Roll on Choo for a near fall. Jade went for a DDT, but Choo reversed it with a Brainbuster on Jade. Jade got a bat and swing at Choo, but Choo evaded and attacked Jade. Choo teased attacking Jade with the bat, but the referee took the bat out of the ring as Jade tossed coffee on Choo's face. Jade then hit a DDT on Choo for the pinfall win.
Winner: Cora Jade.
- Apollo Crews entered a dinner with his diaries detailing his ambition to win the NXT Championship off Breakker. Crews stated that he had been in many title matches but that the match against Breakker was the one that he was looking forward too, saying that his vision is clear.
- McKenzie Mitchell interviewed Kiana James backstage, with James saying that she did not count her wins and only her losses because she has very little. After James left the scene, Javier Bernal came in with a list of 1,047 names he wanted to wrestle, including Drake, Elon Musk, and Axiom for McKenzie Mitchell to read. Mitchell disregarded his list before Bernal stormed out of the interview.
- The students of Chase University were backstage before NXT Tag Champions Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) confronted them backstage. Prince & Wilson talked trash to Hudson before the three men brawled.
Ivy Nile (w/ Tatum Paxley) vs. Kiana James.
Nile & James locked up to begin the match before Nile pushed off James. James got a headlock on Nile, but Nile hit an arm drag to break the hold before locking in a wrist lock. James took down Nile, but Nile escaped quickly. James got a Full Nelson on Nile, but Nile reversed with a Sunset Flip for a near fall. Nile got a Guillotine on James but James broke the hold and hit a forearm strike on the back of Nile's neck. James got Nile up and hit an Inverted Back breaker on Nile for a near fall. James slammed Nile to the corner before hitting a sideslam on James for a near fall. James hit knee strikes on Nile's back for a near fall before locking in a half-calf crusher on Nile, but Nile reversed it with a headlock, but James broke the hold with a back suplex for a near fall. Nile got an Octopus Hold and stretch the arm of James before hitting three kicks, a hurricanrana, a lariat, a gut wrench suplex & a single leg kick on James. Nile tried to walk out of the match, but Fallon Henley confronted her on the ramp. James stormed back in the ring, but Nile caught her with a Dragon Sleeper for the submission win.
Winner: Ivy Nile (w/ Tatum Paxley).
- The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed) joined Nile & Paxley in the ring before they challenged Indus Sher (Sanga & Veer Mahan) to a match for NXT: Deadline, in which Nile looked extremely bamboozled about.
- There was a vignette of Isla Dawn explaining her actions on Alba Fyre, paying with a Oujia board of all things. Dawn said that she and Alba Fyre would have a lot of fun together.
- Duke Hudson, gassed out from his brawl with Pretty Deadly, got on Andre Chase's office. Hudson told Chase that he got him a Tag Title Match for later tonight.
SCRYPTS vs. Guru Raaj.
SCRYPTS cartwheeled in the ring before hitting an upkick and a dropkick on Raaj. Raaj went for a double stomp, but SCRYPTS slid under Raaj. SCRYPTS flipped to evade Raaj's offense before hitting A Spinning Roundhouse Kick and a Diving Flipping Senton on Raaj for the pinfall win.
Winner: SCRYPTS.
- The Schism (Joe Gacy, Ava Raine, Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid) were in the ring for their Thanksgiving address. Gacy detailed the tradition of Thanksgiving, while Raine mentioned that blood relatives could not guarantee unity. Fowler shouted that Thanksgiving had lost all meaning while Reid continued to talk about how Black Friday had overshadowed the Holiday. Raine brought in a fan from the crowd. Gacy spoke to the fan as the blood-thirsty crowd chanted "SACRIFICE". Raine hugged the fan as Gacy said that they are not inclusive but now divisive. Gacy then thanked the fan and made him a sacrifice, putting through the table with a vicious Uranage on the fan into the table to the crowd's delight.
- Trick Williams was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell before NXT North American Champion Wes Lee. Trick Williams bragged that Hayes was money, which Lee said that Hayes may not need him. Williams said that Hayes did not need him, which caused Williams to be barred from ringside per his own wording.
- NXT Champion Bron Breakker was seen being a fisherman, saying that it is the thing he does to ease his mind. Breakker admitted that being champion can take his toll, saying that there is more pressure as champion, calling Fishing his escape. Breakker said that Crews is right but that after he wins the match, they knew where to find him.
Zoey Stark vs. Sol Ruca.
Stark hit a waist lock takedown on Ruca to begin the match. Stark got Ruca in a headlock takedown, but Ruca did a float over and got a side headlock on Stark. Stark flipped to evade harsh landings from Stark's offense before kicking her in the head, but Stark responded with a vicious Thrust kick on Ruca for a near fall. Ruca went for a sliding kick on Stark to the outside, but Stark caught her with a series of strikes before hitting a sliding kick on Ruca on the outside. Back in the ring, Stark laid in the strikes before locking in a headlock on Ruca, but Ruca hit two elbow strikes on Stark to break the hold before locking in a schoolboy for a near fall. Ruca hti two shoulder tackles, a dropkick & a back drop on Stark for a near fall. Ruca climbed to the top rope, but Stark caught her with a leaping enziguri, but Ruca leaped and hit a sunset flip on Stark for a near fall. Ruca hit a front flip splash on Stark before hitting a body slam on Stark for a near fall. Ruca went for a single leg dropkick, but Stark evaded and caught Ruca with a vicious basement kick on Ruca for the pinfall win.
Winner: Zoey Stark.
- Nikkita Lyons came back to NXT and tried to attack Stark before Stark walked out of the ring.
- Edris Enofe & Malik Blade invited Von Wagner to a party with a group of girls, to which Wagner accepted the invitation but then ran down the two. Wagner attacked Enofe & Blade before Wagner tore the sweater vest of Blade before Odyssey Jones came to the scene and confronted Wagner.
- There was a vignette of Charlie Dempsey, who says that he takes influence from Karl Gotch. Dempsey talked about the state of NXT's roster and emphasized that he would have them screaming when they meet him in the ring.
NXT Tag Team Championship Match.
Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) (c) vs. Chase University (Duke Hudson & Andre Chase) (w/ Thea Hail).
Hudson punched Prince in the head to begin the match. Hudson hit a back elbow and a sideslam on Wilson after he tagged in for a near fall. Chase & Hudson hit a drop toe-hold/ elbow drop on Wilson for a near fall. Prince & Wilson hit an assisted Victory Roll on Chase for a near fall, to which Chase retalihated by twisting Prince to the mat before locking a headlock. Chase hit a shoulder tackle on Prince, but Prince got up and hit a dropkick on Chase. Prince & Wilson hit a double shoulder tackle on Chase before hitting a splash/ leg drop combo on Chase for a near fall. Chase evaded Wilson's offense before getting a pin on Wilson for a near fall. Chase got a headlock on Wilson before hitting a back-drop on Prince. Chase & Hudson hit a double back-drop on Wilson before Chase hit a Russian Leg Sweep and the Chase U Stomps on Wilson before the commercial break. After the break, Prince hit a running back elbow on Chase, but Chase hit a chin breaker on Prince in response. Chase went for the tag on Hudson, but Hudson dropped down to keep Wilson off the corner before Prince hit corner lariats on Chase. Wilson & Prince double-teamed Chase before Prince hit a double az-handle on Chase for a near fall. Chase attacked Wilson and tossed Prince out of the ring, but Prince took down Hail by accident. Hudson went to check on Hail, but Chase missed the tag again before Wilson & Prince hit an assisted gut buster on Chase for a near fall. Hudson finally tagged in and hit. series of lariats before hitting a body slam on Prince, a body slam on Wilson onto Prince, a body slam on Chase onto Wilson before hitting an elbow strike on Wilson for a near fall. Hudson went for a Gory Bomb on Wilson but accidentally hit a Big Boot on Chase. Prince got Hudson out of the ring and slammed him onto the stairs before he and Wilson hit Spilled Milk on Chase for the pinfall win & title retention.
Winners & Still NXT Tag Team Champions: Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson).
- There was a Tik Tok of Indi Hartwell and Roxanne Perez arguing backstage, setting up a match between the two for the next week.
- Nikkita Lyons confronted NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter & Katana Chance backstage, offering herself as a partner for their match against Toxic Attraction for next week.
NXT North American Championship Match.
Wes Lee (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes (w/ Trick Williams).
The match began with Lee & Hayes locking up before Hayes hit a slap on Lee's mouth, to which Lee responded with a spear takedown to send Hayes out of the ring. Hayes & Lee slammed each other onto the barricade before Lee slammed Hayes onto the apron. Back in the ring, Lee & Hayes exchanged punches before Hayes hit a pump kick on Lee, but Lee hit a Hurricanrana on Hayes. Lee got a headlock on Hayes but Hayes tossed Lee to break the hold. Hayes to a headlock on Lee before doing a leg takedown on Lee, but Lee evaded Hayes' offense and got a schoolboy for a near fall. Hayes & Lee exchanged pin attempts before hitting each other with stereo pump kicks on each other for a double near fall. Hayes got Lee on the middle rope before leaving him hanging on the middle rope before hitting a springboard leg drop on Lee for a near fall. Hayes hit a knee drop on Lee before locking in a knee-assisted Fujiwara arm bar on Lee, but Lee reversed it with a schoolboy on Hayes for a near fall. Hayes hit a face slam on Lee for a near fall. Hayes got Lee in a headlock as the show came back from the commercial break. Hayes hit a knee strike on Lee's ribs before slamming Lee onto the top rope with a Flapjack followed by hitting a springboard lariat on Lee for a near fall. Hayes slammed Lee into the corner with an Irish Whip before repeating the dose on Lee into the other corner. Hayes went for a third, but Lee sidestepped and slammed Hayes into the top turnbuckle before hitting a German Suplex on Hayes. Hayes & Lee and got back up before exchanging jabs on one another before Lee hit a snapmare/ shotgun dropkick combo, a running punch, a running uppercut, a flipping DDT, and a Spike Frankensteiner on Hayes for a near fall. Lee went for a 450, but Hayes evaded and got pain on Lee for a near fall before hitting La Mistica on Lee for a near fall. Hayes and Lee evaded each other's offense before Hayes hit a code breaker on Lee. Hayes went for a Diving Leg Drop on Lee, but Lee evaded and hit a running Meteora on Hayes for a near fall. Lee hit a Scorpion Kick on Hayes to send him to the outside. Wiliams came to the ring to check on Hayes, but Lee responded and hit a Tope Con Giro on Williams. Back in the ring, Lee slammed Hayes into the turnbuckle before hitting a back-flip Pele kick on Hayes followed by Falcon Arrow on Hayes for the pinfall win & title retention.
Winner & Still NXT North American Champion: Wes Lee.
- A cage opened on the broadcast before none other than a returning Donovan Dijak made his return to NXT. Dijak hit a Belly-to-back GTS on Lee to end the broadcast.
