- Vic Joseph & Booker T welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening contest.
- Roxanne Perez def. Tatum Paxley.
- After the match, Perez demanded NXT General Manager Ava to gift her the NXT Women's Championship, but Lyra Valkyria made her return and attacked Perez. Paxley tried to help Valkyria, but Perez pushed Valkyria onto Paxley before locking in the Crossface, specifically extending Valkyria's injured left arm.
- Meta Four (Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson) were talking strategy ahead of Dar's match against Trick Williams later tonight; however, they were interrupted by Alpha Academy (Otis, Tozawa & Maxxine Dupri). Otis said he was jealous of Trick Williams after he kissed Legend, which crept Jackson & Legend to the point of leaving the room. Otis, Tozawa & Dupri looked for the locker room.
- Lyra Valkyria was walking around backstage before Ava met her. Valkyria demanded Ava to make a match between herself and Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship for NXT Stand & Deliver, which Ava approved.
- Josh Briggs appeared on ringside and cut a promo calling out NXT North American Champion Oba Femi for laying out Brooks Jensen last week. Femi appeared and admitted that he relished by pushing a man to the edge because there is no place for emotion in the ring, and the only thing that matters is the results. Briggs challenged Femi to a match for the title, to which Femi responded by saying to not say he did not warn him.
DIJAK interrupted and told Briggs to get lost, but Femi said that when it came to the title there was Femi and it was everyone else. Briggs, DIJAK & Femi brawled before the security guards separated them. - Shawn Spears watched the segment backstage, but Joe Gacy was spotted from the back watching Spears.
- Triple Threat Tag Team Qualifier: Axiom & Nathan Frazer def. No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey & Myles Borne) (w/ Damon Kemp & Drew Gulak).
- There was a backstage segment of Von Wagner & Mr. Stoe arguing backstage due to Wagner carrying Stone after his match, which Wagner said that he did because Lexis King kept dropping Stone on his neck.
- NXT Tag Team Champions The Wolf Dogs (Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin) were interviewed by Kelly Kincaid backstage before Alpha Academy (Maxxine Dupri, Otis & Tozawa) interrupted and demanded a title shot. Breakker granted them the opportunity, but Corbin said they would regret it.
- Sol Ruca def. Brinley Reece (w/ Malik Blade & Edris Enofe).
- Blair Davenport attacked Ruca after the match, blasting her with a forearm before hitting the Kamigoye.
- Gigi Dolin & Wren Sinclair spoke backstage before Arianna Grace interrupted them, where Grace said that her hitting a low blow on Dolin was accidental and promised to find the "inner lad" inside of her". Grace named Dolin "Ms. NXT In Training".
- Ridge Holland cut a promo addressing his loss against Shawn Spears from his house, where he admitted that he needed to become what everyone wanted him to be.
- The Family (Tony D'Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Adrianna Rizzo & Luca Crucifino) came to the ring to cut a promo ahead of D'Angelo's match against Dragunov at NXT Stand & Deliver. After Crucifino pledged his loyalty to The D'Angelo Family, D'Angelo put over NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov before saying that he was the one man who broke the unbreakable.
Dragunov responded with a promo calling out D'Angelo, but D'Angelo responded by saying that if he had an issue with Dragunov, to first address it with Stacks. D'Angelo sent a final warning to Dragunov, saying that if he did one bad move, Stand & Deliver would be Dragunov's funeral. - Thea Hail met with Riley Osborne backstage, asking him if they could still be friends after all that went down. Osborne accepted the apology ahead of his match for the NXT Heritage Cup.
- NXT Heritage Cup Championship Match: Drew Gulak (c) (Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp, or Myles Borne) def. Riley Osborne (W/ Andre Chase, Duke Hudson, Thea Hail, Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx) (R4: 2-1).
- The finish came when Osborne went for a Superplex on Gulak, but Nyx pulled Osborne's foot to allow Gulak to reverse it with a splash for the win.
- Brooks Jensen left the arena because he said he was done with everything in NXT. Fallon Henley tried to stop him, but Jensen said he needed to find his way. Kelani Jordan met with Fallon Henley backstage, saying she wanted to attack Kiana James & Izzi Dame.
- Thea Hail met with Ava backstage, where she told Hail that she would face Jasmyn Nyx next week. After that, Ava told Hudson that he would be in action next week and if he wins, he may be integrated in the North American Title picture.
- Triple Threat Tag Team Qualifier: The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) def. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger.
- Trick Williams was interviewed by Kelly Kincaid, where he promised to stick and move against Dar tonight. After being told that Carmelo Hayes was in the building, Williams said he hoped Hayes had a close eye on his match.
- Roxanne Perez was interviewed in the parking lot, where she said that if Lyra Valkyria wouldn't give her the title, she would rip it off her hands.
- Kiana James & Izzi Dame met with Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx to talk trash about Thea Hail. After James & Dame left, Fallon Henley & Kelani Jordan attacked Dame & James backstage.
- Trick Williams def. Noam Dar (w/ Jakara Jackson, Lash Legend & Oro Mensah).
- After the match, an army of security guards confronted Williams. One of the guards was revealed to be Carmelo Hayes, who attacked Williams from behind. Hayes stood tall to end the broadcast.
