- Cora Jade tried to interfere in the match. Stephanie Vaquer went after Jade, but was hit with a spinning backfist by Vice.

- Oba Femi vs. Josh Briggs vs. Dijak at NXT Stand & Deliver wins NXT Match of the Year.

- Joe Hendry coming to NXT wins NXT Moment of the Year.

- Cedric Alexander says Je'Von Evans has his mouth wired shut as a result of Page's attack.

- Ethan Page def. Cedric Alexander

- Page slams a toolbox on Cedric's hand.

- Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend def. Shotzi & Gigi Dolin and Katana Chance & Kayden Carter

- Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn remind Jackson & Legend that they beat them at NXT Great American Bash.

- Ava books Cora Jade vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan in a number one contenders match for the NXT Women's North American Title for NXT New Year's Evil.

- Lexis King speaks with Ava, who books King vs. Charlie Dempsey in a NXT Heritage Cup Sudden Death bout at NXT New Year's Evil.

- Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) win NXT Tag Team of the Year.

- Hank & Tank ask Andre Chase to be their tag team partner for the night.

- Roxanne Perez wins NXT Female Superstar of the Year.

- Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe def. Andre Chase, Hank Walker & Tank Ledger. Andre walked out on Hank & Tank after trying to do the Chase U stomps.

- Ashantee "Thee" Adonis gets Karmen Petrovic's voicemail. He then turns down Nikkita Lyons.

- Shawn Spears tried chatting with Izzi Dame. Tony D'Angelo tells him to stay away.

- Andre Chase tells Kale Dixon that Chase U is dead.

- Oba Femi wins NXT Male Superstar of the Year.

- Oba Femi, Trick Williams, and Eddy Thorpe have their final face off. Thorpe took out Oba and Trick, standing tall with the NXT Title.
