- We open tonight's show with a recap of last week's in which Pat McAfee attacked Adam Cole and left him laying at the end of last week's show.
Karrion Kross w/Scarlett vs Danny Burch
Danny rushes Kross and lays into him with strikes before Danny clotheslines Kross over the top rope and Kross drops Burch at ringside. Kross tosses Burch back into the ring and hits an exploder suplex that sends the Brit across the ring. Burch catches Kross coming in with a boot and hits an enzuigiri into a missile dropkick. Kross rocks Burch with a stiff forearm before Danny comes back with a release German suplex into a clothesline for two. Burch locks in a cross face that Kross powers out of before hitting a Doomsday Saito suplex.
Kross then hits another Saito before locking in the Kross Jacket until Burch passes out for the referee stoppage.
Winner: Karrion Kross defeats Danny Burch via referee stoppage.
- NXT champion Keith Lee comes out to the ring after the match with a contract in his hand before saying that he and GM Regal have signed it before tossing it onto the mat. Kross signs it after Scarlett hands it to him, and she puts it back in the ring before they all have a tense stand-off. Keith goes to open the contract and gets hit in the face with a fireball. Officials and medical personnel then come out and help the enraged champion make his way to the back.
- We go split screen to personnel struggling to get Keith to get into an ambulance on one side with Drake Maverick coming out to the ring for his match against Killian Dain on the right side.
Drake Maverick vs Killian Dain
We continue with the split screen before the match starts and Drake tries to his his speed go avoid the monster Dain as we go to commercial.
We come back to see Undisputed Era arriving to the arena before we go back to the ring where Drake hits a cannonball off of the apron. Back in the ring Drake hits a diving elbow before UE rush the ring and attack both Maverick and Dain for the double disqualification.
Winner: No Contest due to double interference.
- Adam calls out Pat McAfee and says that he attacked him with his arms behind his back before challenging Pat to come to the PC next week, so they can face off ahead of Takeover: XXX.
- We get a video package for KUSHIDA who returns to the ring tonight in a triple threat ladder match qualifier.
Tyler Breeze vs Santos Escobar
Santos drops Tyler with several knees to the midsection before stomping and dropkicking him. Santos kicks Tyler in the chest and mocks him while referencing what LDF did to Fandango before Tyler comes back with an enzuigiri. Santos rolls out of the ring several times before turning Tyler inside out with a chop block and dropping him across the apron as we go to commercial.
We come back to Santos in control of Tyler back in the ring, dropping Tyler with a knee before Tyler counters the Phantom Driver. Tyler rocks Santos with forearms and a thrust kick into a superman forearm in the corner and a super kick. Tyler then has to fight off the rest of LDF who come out to distract him before Santos hits him with the Phantom Driver for the pin and the win.
Winner: Santos Escobar defeats Tyler Breeze via pinfall.
- Fandango tries to save Tyler after the match before he's taken out and Isaiah Scott comes out and clears the ring of LDF.
- We get a video package promo by Dakota Kai who mocks the NXT Women's champion Io Shirai, saying that she's inside the champs head as we go to commercial.
- We get a video package promo by Ridge Holland ahead of his match against Johnny Gargano next week before we go back to the ring for our next match between Mia Yim and Indi Hartwell.
Mia Yim vs Indi Hartwell
Mia is interviewed backstage ahead of her match about the status of Keith Lee before Mia sweeps Indi and hits a basement dropkick. Mia hits a boot in the corner before hitting a cannonball and Indi comes back with Mongolian chops in the corner. Indi hits a sidewalk slam for two before locking in a rear chin lock and Mia tosses her off before Indi rocks her with a back elbow for two. Indi shoves the face of Mia before she takes Indi down and punches her in her guard before dropkicking her several times. Mia then hits a neckbreaker before locking in a submission for the tap and the win.
Winner: Mia Yim defeats Indi Hartwell via submission.
- Finn Bälor cuts a promo about how everyone watches when he's in the ring before saying that it doesn't matter who will be in the ladder match, that he will leave the North American champion.
- We see Bronson Reed and Damian Priest getting ready for their match up next as we go to commercial.
Bronson Reed vs Damian Priest
The two lock up before Reed backs Priest into the corner for a clean break before Reed wrenches the arm of Priest. Priest takes Reed down onto one knee with a chin bar before Reed gets to his feet and absorbs a boot by Priest. Reed knocks Priest over before Priest kicks Reed in the legs and Reed drops Priest with a shoulder block before they exchange strikes and run the ropes. Priest dropkicks Reed and hits a forearm off of the second rope before laying into him with kicks and punches until Priest hits a jumping back elbow in the corner. Reed counters a suplex attempt by Priest and hits a flat liner before Priest rolls out of the ring to avoid the cover as we go to commercial.
Priest has Reed grounded as we come back to the ring before he gets to his feet and they exchange strikes until Reed hits a sit-out powerbomb out of nowhere for two. Reed hits a spinning fall away slam into a running senton for two before Priest comes back with a flurry of strikes before hitting a springboard somersault senton. Reed counters a suplex attempt before Priest hits the Broken Arrow for a near fall. Reed hits Priest with a brainbuster before Reed knocks Priest out of the air and misses the Tsunami splash off of the top. Reed then counters The Reckoning with a jack knife cover for the win.
Winner: Bronson Reed defeats Damian Priest via pinfall.
- Io Shirai cuts a promo in Japanese about Dakota Kai attacking her and how she manipulates people. Io then says that Kai isn't in her head, and she just pissed her off ahead of her title defense at Takeover: XXX as we go to commercial.
- Cameron Grimes cuts a promo about the triple threat match against KUSHIDA and a mystery opponent and how he's going to win the North American title and take it to the moon.
Robert Stone Brand (Aliyah & Mercedes Martinez w/Robert Stone) vs Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter
Robert tries to recruit Kacy to his brand before she stomps his foot and she and Kayden send Mercedes out of the ring before the match starts. Once the match starts K&K double up on Aliyah for an early near fall before Mercedes gets the blind tag. Aliyah and Mercedes then hit Kayden with an assisted flap jack as we go to commercial.
Aliyah is in control of Kayden as we come back to the action before Mercedes comes in and beats Kayden down before driving her shoulder into her midsection. The Robert Stone Brand isolate Kayden and keep her away from Kacy until she drops Aliyah with an enzuigiri. Kacy and Mercedes get the tags for their respective teams before Kacy hits Mercedes with a rolling kick for a near fall that Aliyah breaks up. Mercedes then hits Kacy with an air raid crash for the pin and the win.
Winner: The Robert Stone Brand defeat Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter via pinfall.
- Rhea Ripley comes out onto the ramp and makes her way down to the ring before dropping Mercedes with a boot and beating her down in the corner. Aliyah attacks Rhea from behind before Mercedes lays into Rhea with strikes in the corner and Shotzi Blackheart comes down and clears the ring.
- We get a video of Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae in their home where Johnny is fixing a light and Candice reading a story to their dog. Johnny then says that the next time he climbs a ladder won't be to fix the house, but to win the North American title.
- We get the announcement of a vinyl record featuring all of Triple H's theme music.
- Timothy Thatcher shows how to do an ankle lock and how to learn to adapt at his wrestling school.
- We get a graphic confirming the face to face between Adam Cole and Pat McAfee next week as well as Legado Del Fantasma against Isaiah Scott and Breezango. We also get the announcement of the two last chance qualifiers between Johnny Gargano and Ridge Holland and Finn Bälor and an unknown opponent.
- We are told to go to WWE.com to learn more about the condition of NXT champion Keith Lee as we go back to the ring for our main event.
North American Championship Ladder Match Triple Threat Qualifier Match
KUSHIDA vs Cameron Grimes vs The Velveteen Dream
Grimes and KUSHIDA try to take Dream down before Dream snaps the throat of Grimes over the top rope and KUSHIDA turns him head over heels. Grimes drags Dream out of the ring before Dream knocks him away and hits a diving ax handle off of the top for two. KUSHIDA sends Dream out of the ring before running the ropes and hitting Dream with a hand spring kick and a tornado DDT. Grimes then crotches KUSHIDA on the top rope when he goes for a springboard as we go to commercial.
We come back to KUSHIDA in control in the ring until everyone hits each other with a strike and fall onto the mat. Dream clotheslines Grimes over the top rope and hits a diving ax handle before tossing Grimes back into the ring. Dream hits KUSHIDA with a DVD before KUSHIDA takes out Dream with a tope and hits Grimes with a flying armbar off of the top. Dream breaks up the submission before KUSHIDA locks in the Hoverboard Lock on Dream.
Grimes then hits KUSHIDA with the Cave In when he has Dream in the Hoverboard Lock before rolling Dream out of the ring and covering KUSHIDA for the pin and the win.
Winner: Cameron Grimes defeats KUSHIDA and Velveteen Dream via pinfall to gain entry to the North American championship ladder match at Takeover: XXX.
- Dream then attacks KUSHIDA after the match and sends him out of the ring before posing, and he turns around to see Finn Bälor standing in front of him. Finn then does his gun pose at Dream who smiles at Finn as we go off the air.
