Joe Coffey vs Charlie Dempsey
Joe and Charlie lock up for a stalemate before Joe repeatedly backs Charlie to the ropes for a clean break before Charlie takes Joe down with a side headlock take over before controlling Joe on the mat until he gets to his feet and comes back with a running cross body. Joe whips Charlie into the corner and hits a sidewalk slam out of the corner before locking in a short arm scissor until Charlie hits a head scissors and controls Joe on the mat with the head scissors until Joe gets to his feet. Joe rocks Charlie with strikes before fighting off a Kimura and Charlie controls Joe with a hammer lock before dropping him with an uppercut before hitting a float over suplex and locking in a standing guillotine. Joe and Charlie then knock heads before they exchange strikes until they collapse before Joe hits a springboard cross body and a Glasgow sendoff before Teoman and Rohan Raja come out and drag Charlie out of the ring. Gallus and Teoman and Rohan then brawl at ringside before Charlie sends Joe into the steps and back inside before choking him out for the referee stoppage and the win.
Winner: Charlie Dempsey defeats Joe Coffey via referee stoppage.
- In the office Sid Scala congratulates Moustache Mountain on winning the tag titles before announcing a series of matches for the new year to determine a new number one contender for the NXT UK Tag Team titles as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break to a video package promo for Jordan Devlin ahead of his upcoming NXT UK title match.
- Moustache Mountain come out to the ring to celebrate winning the NXT UK Tag Team titles last week.
- We get a backstage promo by Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith ahead of their title eliminator match next month as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break to a video package for NXT Women's champion Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport before we get a graphic for their title match in three weeks time.
Danny Jones vs Kenny Williams
Kenny and Danny exchange wrist locks and headlocks before Danny knocks Kenny over repeatedly before Kenny counters a suplex into a chop block and stomps Danny in the corner before stepping on his face and raking his back. Kenny slaps Danny before Danny comes back with forearms and tosses Kenny into several corner before hitting a suplex for two before Kenny snaps Danny's neck across the top rope and spears his knee. Kenny focuses on the now injured knee of Danny until he hits a pair of headlock drivers for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kenny Williams defeats Danny Jones via pinfall.
- We get a taped promo by Symbiosis ahead of their match against Ashton and Oliver as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break to Noam Dar escaping after attacking and injuring Mark Andrews.
NXT UK Heritage Cup Championship Number One Contender Match
Nathan Frazer vs A-Kid
Round 1
Round one begins with A taking Nathan down and controlling him on the mat with a side headlock before Nathan gets to his feet and taking A down with a hammer lock before A dropkicks Nathan and locks in a straight armbar. Nathan then gets to his feet and the two sweep each other before dodging each other's strikes and Nathan sends A into the ropes before A holds onto the ropes as the round ends.
Round 2
A takes Nathan down with several waist lock take downs before Nathan gets up and sends A into the ropes before dropkicking him and taking him down with a straight armbar before they exchange arm drags and Nathan gets two off of a crucifix. Nathan and A then exchange pin attempts and roll around the ring until Nathan gets the three and the first fall to end the round.
Nathan Frazer goes up 1-0.
Round 3
A rushes Nathan and misses several strikes before Nathan rocks him with an enzuigiri and A dropkicks Nathan before taking him down with a waist lock and holding on as Nathan gets to his feet before A takes him back down. A locks in an armbar before Nathan gets to the ropes before Nathan hits a head scissors and chops A against the ropes before A locks in an octopus stretch before Nathan gets to the ropes and hits an overhead belly to belly. Nathan hits a reverse DDT for two before they exchange strikes until A locks in a sleeper and hits a PK for two before locking in a Fujiwara with joint manipulation as the round ends.
Round 4
The two face off as round four begins before Nathan dropkicks A and goes up top before missing a diving stomp and landing on his feet before hitting a sling blade into a twisting neckbreaker for two before A counters a Boston crab into a pin for a near fall. A then hits a running dropkick for the pin and the second fall to end the round.
Round 5
Round 5 begins with A hitting a running dropkick in the corner before Nathan superkicks him for two before A catches Nathan up top before Nathan escapes a superplex and hits a jumping dropkick before hitting Spanish fly and A locks in an armbar before transitioning into a omoplata and forcing Nathan to verbally submit for the win.
Winner: A-Kid defeats Nathan Frazer two falls to one to earn an opportunity to face Noam Dar for the Heritage Cup title.
