WWE Raw (7/15/24) Results

- Rhea Ripley kicks off the show. She says Liv Morgan has been walking around with something that belongs to her, not Dominik. Dom Dom comes out with a black rose. He tries to talk to her, but it doesn't go over well. Morgan interrupts on the video wall. She says she's finally on top. Ripley challenges her to a match at SummerSlam, and she accepts. Morgan says she wants to see down there, and Ripley promises to end her career.

- Footage of several wrestlers entering the building is shown.

- Sheamus hits the ring with new theme music. His match with Bronson is next.

- Dom is shown following Rhea into the clubhouse. She slams the door in his face. Damian Pries was there to ask if everything was okay, presumably laughing at Dom's experiencing consequences.

* Sheamus def. Bronson Reed

- Bronson goes to attack Shamus, but Pete Dunne intercepts and attacks Reed. Sheamus tries to make up with Dunne, but Dunne attacks him instead. Reed hits the Tsunami on Sheamus.

- Rhea Ripley is in the clubhouse talking to Damian Priest. Priest is explaining why Carlito's in the group when Dom Dom tries to talk to Ripley. He's asking for a chance to explain himself. Ripley appears to allude to Mysterio never calling her while she was out.

- Sami Zayn and Ilja Dragunov speak to each other backstage about their upcoming Intercontinental Championship match.

- Gunther vignette airs, hyping his World Heavyweight Championship opportunity at SummerSlam

- Footage from earlier sets up Zelina Vega and Sonya Deville's match next.

* Sonya Deville def. Zelina Vega

- Shayna Baszler attacked Vega's arm, leading to the quick finish.

- Shayna Baszler, Sonya Deville, and Zoey Stark continue to attack Vega, and they are interrupted by Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, and Lyra Valkyria running to Vega's aid.

- Priest is walking to the ring. Dominik interrupts him. He wants to know why he was kept in the dark about Ripley's return. Priest says he was lied to about Dom communicating with Ripley. Jey Uso runs up to Priest and wants to know if Ripley is single so he can shoot his shot. Dom is infuriated by this and runs off to set up a matchup between them.

- Adam Pearce is talking to some referees backstage about ensuring they are there for protection when he comes face-to-face with Drew McIntyre. Chad Gable interrupts this. He says he's confirmed that Bo Dallas is Uncle Howdy. Pearce says Dallas is in the arena. Gable promises to call him out.

- Gunther and Damian Priest go face-to-face. Gunther basically says Priest is a mid champion. Gunther calls Priest "street trash." Priest says Gunther has no heart. They go nose to nose. Braun Strowman comes out for his match with Priest.

Adam Pearce grants Jey Uso his match with Dominik Mysterio. Then, Bron Breakker confronts Pearce. He is upset about Dragunov getting a title shot. Breakker threatens to take out everyone involved in the match, so Pearce threatens to suspend him. Pearce is about to get security, but Breaker leaves on his own.

* Damian Priest def. Braun Strowman

- Gunther comes out again, and they brawl.

- Chad Gable lurks backstage. Maxxine Dupri, Otis, and Akira Tozawa are overheard talking about their friend and wanting to help him. Gable assumes he's the person they're talking about. He wasn't. Next week, Alpha Academy will team up with Xavier Woods. They will go against the Final Testament next week.

* Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark (w/ Sonya Deville) def. Kayden Carter & Katana Chance (w/ Lyra Valkyria)

- Ripley is shown in the clubhouse again. She seems okay with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh embracing live Morgan to win the Tag Team Championship. Dominik interrupts to tell Ripley that he will beat Jey Uso to show who Ripley belongs to, which was Damian's words earlier. That did not please Ripley.

- Adam Pearce calls Drew McIntyre to the ring. Drew McIntyre says he wants CM Punk. Pearce is willing to give him Punk, but he has to apologize to referees for his actions at WWE Money in the Bank. He refused, so he is still suspended. He starts attacking the referees. Out comes Rollins, who makes things more complicated for Drew by attacking him.

- The next Wyatt Sicks vignette on VHS features an interview with Erick Rowan. Rowan discusses the pain of losing his brothers.

* Jey Uso def. Dominik Mysterio

- Liv Morgan appeared midway through the match. She tried to help Mysterio. He ended up falling on her in a suggestive way again. Ripley ran out to stop this. Uso got the win.

- Backstage, Ripley gave Mysterio a black rose and said that to be clear, he belonged to her, not the other way around. An apparent happy ending, maybe?

- Chad Gable calls out Bo Dallas. Dallas comes to the ring as himself. He gets jumped by Julius and Brutus Creed. He laughs off the attacks by all three men. The rest of the Wyatt Sicks emerge, and the heels scatter.

* WWE Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Ilja Dragunov ended in a no-contest when Bron Breakker hit the scene and obliterated both men.
