- After a video recap of last week, Michael Cole & Corey Graves welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- The Bloodline (Bronson Reed, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Solo Sikoa) came to the ring to say they were ready to dominate at WWE Survivor Series; however, Sikoa still called out Reigns for a segment tonight so Reigns could accept his terms of surrender.
- WWE Women's United States Championship Tournament - First Round Match: Chelsea Green def. Bianca Belair & Blair Davenport via Pinfall (Unprettier on Davenport).
- Bianca Belair checked on Jade Cargill in a hospital car after she was attacked in the parking lot of the venue. Bayley & Naomi tried to check on Cargill, but Belair told them she would take care of Cargill since she was her tag partner.
- Before the United States Title Match, there was a vignette for Shinsuke Nakamura, where Nakamura said Knight lashed out at people to hide his fear of being a top guy. Escobar took advantage of Knight being distracted by the vignette and attacked him to kick off the title match.
- WWE United States Championship Match: LA Knight (c) def. Santos Escobar (w/ Elektra Lopez, Angel Garza & Berto Garza) via Pinfall (BFT).
- Shinsuke Nakamura attacked LA Knight after the match, blasting him with the Kinshasa to the back of Knight's neck.
- Johnny Gargano spoke with the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) to get a shot at the WWE Tag Titles for #DIY, but The Guns said that The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) interrupted and said Gargano's partner, Tommasso Ciampa, was bad news.
- Nick Aldis spoke with Nia Jax to see if she knew who was behind Jade Cargill being attacked, but Jax said she wanted to take care of her on War Games.
- WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes came to the ring to call out Kevin Owens for their face-to-face. Owens appeared from the crowd and said he felt insulted because "The Great Cody Rhodes" wanted him here but Rhodes was wearing a tracksuit while he had his best outfit (sweat pants and a sleeveless tuxedo-themed t-shirt). Owens said it was Rhodes's fault he Piledrove Orton because Rhodes somehow decided to team with Roman Reigns after everything he had done, especially with Owens's fighting The Bloodline for four years. Rhodes responded by saying he teamed with Reigns because he felt it was the right thing at the time and said Owens was causing self-sabotage for trying to be the top guy of the company. Rhodes said he would beat sense into Owens, no matter where it would be and the ball was in Owens's court. Owens responded by saying they would do it on his own time.
- The OG Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso & Sami Zayn) spoke about trying to find a 5th member of War Games. Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes were pitched, but Roman Reigns shut those down quickly and said they did not need a fifth. When asked what would be the strategy, Reigns said he did not know.
- Carmelo Hayes confronted Cody Rhodes, saying it may be time to acknowledge Owens was telling the truth. Rhodes & Hayes nearly went at it before Nick Aldis and a group of security guards separated them.
- Bayley & Naomi def. Tiffany Stratton & Candice LeRae (w/ Nia Jax) via Diqualification.
- Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton & Candice LeRae attacked Bayley and Naomi after the match. Iyo Sky tried to make the save, but Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez attacked Sky. Rhea Ripley came to the ring and made Liv's team leave the ring.
- Montez Ford def. Tommasso Ciampa via Pinfall (Stacked Pin).
- Ciampa attacked Ford after the match. Angelo Dawkins came to Ford's aid before Johnny Gargano tried to calm down the tempers. Ciampa managed to take out Dawkins and shoved Gargano out of frustration before Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) made the save.
- The Bloodline (Bronson Reed, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Solo Sikoa) & The OG Bloodline (Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Roman Reigns & Sami Zayn) were in the ring, where Sikoa asked The OGs to join him to run the company for decades. Out of nowhere, Paul Heyman interrupted and revealed who The OG Bloodline's fifth man would be, who was unveiled to be none other than CM Punk. The OG Bloodline & CM Punk laid out The Bloodline and stood tall to end the broadcast.
